We had an amazing call yesterday. This is the story but until we get permission we cannot share the names with you. The woman said, her daughter returned to her home in the country following a visit to her . The daughter and family on returning home opened the front door and walked through to the back of the house. As they entered the room, the daughter saw four Aboriginal faces at the window. She froze as did her husband and son who also saw these images. They were just faces with no bodies. Her husband didn’t believe in spirits but there were the faces. His son had his camera with him and took a picture. And guess what the faces turned out in the digital picture!
We have asked this person to ask her daughter for a copy of the photo.

Health Tip – One day detox.

Did you all have a lovely Easter break? When I think of the Easter Egg, I remember its symbolism, that is new life, new beginnings. So why not make another resolution to begin each day as if it is a new beginning. Let go the past, notice what you are thinking? Is it the same old things you thought yesterday. To have a new start you need to change the ‘radio stations’ of your mind. This can be done consciously by introducing other words or thoughts of gratitude. Sometimes it takes a lot of energy to change the stations as a higher frequency is needed. This is where coming to the Monday Night meeting is wonderful and serves us well by raising our vibration .
When we come we get the opportunity of ‘unloading’ the day and quieting the mind. It is probably the first opportunity that day you may have had to really listen and connect to yourself in the quiet and stillness as you follow the meditation. During the meditation you are encouraged to release from the organs of your body, the thoughts of lack of self-worth, resentment and struggle, to name a few and replace them with Light. It really works!
So we invite you to come along and regenerate yourself each week and step out of stress and struggle.

Neutral Bay Monday Nights
ALL WELCOME – ENJOY LOVE, LIGHT & LAUGHTER
Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to unite, send Light and Love to our family, those in need and especially ourselves. The evening always begins with a meditation followed by a speaker. See below for the next two weeks topics.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, Cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay.

The healing Light created by us is very powerful as we come together and light candles
that are placed in the centre of the room after the meditation.

“Following our first Affinity Network gathering and numerous rave emails and comments, we are excited to present our next event , “The Wisdom of the Elders” at the Chapel by the Sea on 14th April at 7.00 for 7.30 pm. We have chosen the Chapel once again for its central location and peaceful and supportive environment.
Our fundamental goal at these gatherings is to inspire and connect with people and bring love, peace and happiness to the world with music, the arts, meditation and conversation.
The Affinity Network is a concept created, produced and facilitated by Medicine Music and is an independent, non-aligned gathering of like minded people looking for that “something more”.

The Bonny method of Guided Imagery and Music is a music-oriented exploration of consciousness.
