Similtaneously you need healthy loving relationships, healthy enjoyable worklife & healthy mind. Placebos can work particularly when your Doctor or health carer is positive and there is trust. Manifesting You!
On Monday night, 3rd November, we will be so blessed to have Juliet Martine author of Manifestation Intelligence coming to join us in Mosman. Juliet has written an article especially for us to share with you entitled Manifesting You! Here is an exerpt and to read the whole article click at the bottom.
All too often we get caught up in the thinking that ‘When I just get the relationship I want,’ or ‘When I get more clients,’ or ‘When I have more money in the bank,’ then I’ll be able to feel good about myself and stand tall in the fullness of who I am. And so we go about trying to manifest our lives from the place of thinking that these things are a measure of our worth and that we’re not good enough as we are until we’ve proven our value through our external circumstances.
But that’s just getting manifestation back to front. It’s kind of like expecting the cart to arrive laden with all our goodies, without having first manifested a powerful horse to pull our cart into place.

I woke up Tuesday morning and felt a warm inner glow. I was sure that it came from our Monday Night Academy meeting when Master Robyn had us working the whole time on ourselves using Dr. and Master Sha’s book and healing work. Master Robyn is one of only 32 Masters of Master Sha and we were indeed blessed and most grateful to have her come and take us through one of his healings. We were all given his latest book called Soul Healing Miracles. In it are pages of caligraphy, each one for healing a particular part of the Soul, Heart, Mind and Body. To be well, Master Robyn explained to us, first we must heal the Soul.
It was a beautiful hour, gentle and transforming as we learnt the chant, held the book closed on our abdomen or rested our hand on an open page of caligraphy while we gave thanks and told our body to heal, followed by an exquisitely sung blessing and/or chant. I didn’t want it to end as I felt this was only a small taste and what I wanted and needed was a smorgasborg.
So we have moved the programme a little and asked Master Robyn to come back on the 10th November. Although it was a pretty packed room, I am sure we could fit in more so for all those who couldn’t make it last Monday Night put the 10th November in your diary and don’t miss the chance to work on yourself to heal your Soul, Heart, Mind and Body.

The following is the Academy take on what is being presented to us right now from a number of different sources in a number of different ways.
It has been said that happy people live longer, up to 10 years longer and that is a fact. Our body is a wonderful instrument and it has been designed to heal itself and produce chemicals that bring instant relaxation and a feeling of well being. That is they make us feel happy. This is supposed to be our natural state. The body produces these wonderful chemicals only when we stop being stressed, stop thinking negative thoughts, judging ourselves, believing we have to try harder and RELAX.
What is the secret to happiness? The answer – Relaxation.
Relaxation switches off stress hormones, changes our nervous system from flight and fright (sympathetic system) to one of peace (parasympathetic). Our body was originally designed to run on the parasympathetic system and only switch to flight and fright when needed, say being chased by a tiger, however with the constant pressures of the day we rarely switch it off.
Because of the frequency of the information coming to us right now it is important to act. So why not make sure you have time out to soak in a bath, or spend time in the sunshine which raises your serotonin levels, meditate or simply do the things that relax you. You will live longer.

Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to unite, send Light and Love to our family, those in need and especially ourselves. The evening always begins with a meditation followed by a guest speaker. By attending or linking up with our weekly Monday night gatherings you will not only meet likeminded people, be in group energy and rest your mind, you will also raise your vibration and consciousness setting yourself up for the week ahead. SOUL RETRIEVAL CEREMONY – Assisting Souls to cross to the Light.

Those who came along to our August ceremony were so captured by the energies of this service and felt a need for this to be repeated.
So we need YOU to come along to create this circle of service to the Light to enable these Souls to ‘cross over’ with ease and grace.
Please bring a crystal or flower to place in the centre. Your crystal will be energised and you can take it home with you.
This service is to help Souls who have died suddenly and do not realise that they are dead and therefore are lost and have not gone to the Light. To help those souls ‘cross over’ the Academy holds a special Soul Retrieval Ceremony where it calls in the Masters and forms a circle of Light and asks those that are lost to come into our circle and be taken to the Light.
This is a beautiful loving experience for all those involved.
So if your heart feels called, please come along and join our circle in Ceremony to help these men, women and children who have died through wars or disease to go to the Light.
This is indeed “Love in Action”.
