“Hidden at the heart of the entire cosmic story is a mystery of unutterable and sublime beauty.
In the most paltry way, it may be alluded to with the words: Love is the principle of the universe.
Here the word love refers to so much more than the love we think of among other human emotions.
Here we are referring to love as the incredibly powerful cosmic energy of attraction. Like gravity or magnetism,
in a deeply original and profound way, love holds together the seamless manifestation of form. It is what holds
together the cells of your body; it is what holds your body in place on this planet; it is what holds this planet in place
orbiting around the sun; it is what holds our solar system in place among the other hundred billion galaxies.
More and more in today’s wisdom, there is growing recognition from cosmologists to psychologists that love is
the unifying principle in the universe. And you are this – love in living form.”

Health Tip
FRUIT JUICE
IF YOU DRINK FRUIT JUICE … DRINK IT FRESH AND NOT FROM CANS OR BOTTLES.
Don’t EVER drink juice that has been heated up.
Don’t eat cooked fruits because you don’t get the nutrients at all.
You only get to taste. Cooking destroys all the vitamins.
Eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice.
If you drink fresh fruit juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it. To cleanse your body go on a three-day fruit and juice fast!.
Just eat fruits and drink fruit juice throughout the three days and you will be surprised when your friends tell you how radiant you look!

Neutral Bay Monday Nights
MEDITATION AND INSPIRATIONAL TALKS
Monday nights are a wonderful powerful opportunity for all of us to unwind, recharge, relax and rejuvenate. Come and feed your soul through restful meditation and be inspired by our gifted speakers.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession available.

We here at Southern Cross Academy of Light are supporting Sky Shayne Innes and her book, Love’s Alchemy – and invite you to do the same. As many of you will know, Sky has been a regular speaker and contributor with us over the years
