Health Tip
Add a splash of safflower oil.
Post-menopausal women who added 1/2 tbs of safflower oil to their diet lost up to 1.8kg of belly fat and gained about 600g of muscle over four months, without changing the way they ate. The oil’s linoleic acid may improve the way the body uses fuel.

MAKING AUSTRALIA HAPPY.
Screens on ABC1 on Thursday 8.30pm from 4 – 18 November.
Eight volunteers had a happiness boot camp with experts Dr. Tony Grant, Anna-Louise Bouvier and Dr. Russ Harris.
In recent years scientists have come to the conclusion that happiness is actually a skill that can be cultivated – you can choose to be happy.
Recognise that happiness is not the same as feeling good. “If you’re going to live a full life, you will feel the full range of human emotions – both the pleasant ones and the painful ones. If you accept those painful feelings as a part of life, you’ll make it a whole lot easier for yourself than if you struggle with them. To help relieve stress, Dr. Harris coached volunteers to ‘breathe into and expand around their anxiety.” He said, “it is as if in some magical way the space inside your body expands, making lots and lots of room for the anxiety to move around in, so there’s no need to struggle with it or be controlled by it.” Try it. It works.

Would anyone enjoy house swapping?
The Academy has invited Jennifer Starlight and her partner Peter (who channeled Min so successfully last visit here) to come again on the 14th March and stay and do Private Sessions and possibly a workshop. To this end she came up with the idea of house swapping. So if anyone is interested please email the Academy.
Jennifer says: “We obviously would prefer the north side of Sydney and we have a beautiful place on 8acres of bushland at Mudgeeraba, with views of the Gold Coast while only being 20minutes from Surfers Paradise and five minutes from major shopping centres.”
The dates of the swap would be from Friday 11th February to Friday 18th February 2011.
Also Mark Kumara, author of The Joy of Being is presenting at the Academy on the 29th November and he needs accommodation on the 29th and 30th. Mark is from W.A.

A Special Message from Elaine.
Gwenda the girl of my heart, who took me down the road of Primetuning, slipped across the brook into her creators arms in her sleep on Saturday morning.
Her love and courage changed my life.
As she closed her natural eyes for the last time, she died without a struggle.
It was through her that Primetuning was conceived. It was her spirit that we formed Love, Joy, Grace, Peace and Wisdom into worded life-forms.
So it is in her bequest to you and me, Primetuning will continue.
