Once again, The Academy will be hosting another Bathed in Sound on 17th April 2010. Come and soak up the pure tones of white quartz singing bopwls and harmonic overtone chanting in the superb resonance of this Walter Burley Griffin church while you walk the Labyrinth.

Health Tip
Boab
The Boab tree is found only in north-west region of Western Australia and is usually the first remedy I make up for a new client. This remedy assesses and clears negative patterns, and any related learnt behaviour which has been passed down from generation to generation,by our ancestors. It breaks all the emotional baggage we acquire in our growing up and especially for anyone who has experienced abuse, persecution or prejudice. Boab is sometimes called the bottle tree, because it has a reservoir of fresh water stored in the trunk. Water is associated with the emotional part of us and Boab addresses very deep emotions. The Boab tree was not originally of the earth, but given as a gift, to us from the star system Pleiades. It also helps to bring about positive change on this planet by healing the collective consciousness.

MEDITATION AND INSPIRATIONAL TALKS
Neutral Bay Monday Nights
Monday nights are a wonderful powerful opportunity for all of us to unwind, recharge, relax and rejuvenate. Come and feed your soul through restful meditation and be inspired by our gifted speakers.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession available.
Light refreshments are served.
