Previous Event : Moving Towards Oneness Through Self-Love and the Lens of Human Design with Bini Noble
It was a cool wet evening on Monday the 11th July which didn’t deter our attendees who ventured out to the Academy of Light to listen to the lovely Bini Noble presenting on Human Design focusing on Self-love.
Human design is a fascinating modality which encompasses many systems including eastern and western astrology, the Hindu chakras system, Kabala tree of life, Chinese I Ching and even quantum physics.
Bini explained that there are resources that we can use to access our Body Graph by inputting our birth date, time and place. This will provide you with your type, profile, strategy, inner authority, not-self theme and incarnation cross. Your body graph is a map of your soul curriculum your life purpose.
Human Design shows us the 9 chakra energy centres. These may be defined which are fixed and reliable or undefined which makes you more receptive to conditioning. If you have energy centres that are undefined you can experience energy from other people and amplify it. It can be a powerful place to gain wisdom from others, although this is not self so you get to choose how you experience these energies.
Bini discussed the G energy centre which themes are direction, identity and self-love. If it’s healthy it’s magnetic and balanced and attracts the correct experiences and opportunities for you.
Bini asked us all to consider some of the following questions:
Do I love myself? Do I give myself the love I give to others so freely? Can I accept myself warts and all? What can I do differently to be happier? Where might I be blaming myself or others for something that’s happening in my life? Where can I find proof of lovability in my life right now what evidence? What can I change to the energy? Where can I find lovability in my life right now? Am I accepting all of myself or perhaps shaming some of me?
Bini explains that in human design we are living an experiment, we are not our thoughts and we are learning the de-conditioning journey. This is done by following your strategy and your inner authority.
Bini took us through a beautiful mediation at the end of her presentation.

Thrive in Life by Developing a Soul Perspective with Marie Antoinette
Marie Antoinette Helou is on a mission….to return the truth to the world, to help set people free from all false conditioning and help assist the return of ancient practises to humanity, in order to help heal and open their hearts to their true divine sovereign power.

Monday 25 July 2022 : My Sagacious Body with Kathryn Hand
Hypnotherapist and EFT Practitioner, Kathryn Hand, will share her remarkable story, insights and wisdom gained from healing breast cancer naturally. If you’re curious about discovering alternate healing methods be sure to tune in!
The day before Kathryn was scheduled to have a double mastectomy, every cell in her body seemed to scream STOP. So she took a leap of faith and cancelled the surgery, taking her down the rabbit hole of natural healing. No surgery, chemo, radiation or drugs.
As a hypnotherapist and EFT practitioner, Kathryn felt a sense of both shock and shame as a healer that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.
In learning about natural healing and understanding the body’s self-healing abilities, she also learnt how ineffective conventional oncology is.
For Kathryn opting out of mainstream medicine and allowing the body to heal naturally has been an eye-opening journey on many levels. She is now a passionate advocate for natural healing.
Kathryn lives in Norfolk Island. We are thrilled to have her presenting at the Academy via Zoom.
About Kathryn: Kathryn is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and EFT Practitioner. She obtained her Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Certificate of Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the Australian College of Hypnotherapy in Sydney, one of only three Government accredited colleges in Australia. Kathryn has undergone Womb Work and Past Lives Regression training, Hypnoenergetics training, and Level III EFT training. She is a member of the Newton Institute.
Kathryn is the Co-organiser of Consciousness Conferences in Australia, and has conducted many radio interviews, written articles in New Dawn and Living Now and conducted a Past Life session on an Australian TV reality show. Kathryn has been a trainer of EFT courses ‘Heal Your Critical Mind’ through Macquarie Community College and given talks about EFT, Past Lives and Life Between Lives.
Price changes
During the last AGM the Committee has decided to increase the cost of the tickets. Unfortunately we had to do this to cover the hire costs of the hall at Mosman Art Gallery which has gone up in price considerably.
We don’t want anyone to miss out, in case you are experiencing financial hardship you can book a ticket under the concession rate of $10.

Ben Crowe, mindset coach to Ash Barty and motivational speaker, talks about how to let go of the illusion of control in life and to embrace uncertainty and vulnerability. He explains how a change of perspective can make all the difference. In changing the sentence ‘I have got to get the groceries, to’ I get to go get the groceries’ we change our perspective from an expectation to one of appreciation.
