Previous Event: Ascension For Us and the Earth with Rosemary and John Butterworth
We had the opportunity once again to sit with Rosemary and John Butterworth. Many will be aware that Rosemary and John are the founders of the Academy of Light.
We began the session with a beautiful meditation from Rosemary inspired by source. After this blessing the discussion centred around ascension. We went around the circle and we all answered the question what ascension means for us. What ensued was a discussion about consciousness and how we can individually raise our own consciousness and in this way move with Gaia.
Rosemary encouraged all of us that we all have a role to play individually with our thoughts beliefs and actions. Some of the more important aspects for us to focus on are living from the heart, being in service to others and praying. Ascension is a long term process for us as humans and not something that will happen overnight. It is up to all humanity to raise our consciousness to reach a critical mass. The timeline is up to us!
Rosemary reminded all of us that the Golden age is coming and we must eradicate war and strife to bring it in. Regardless of what we as individuals decide Gaia is progressing to her next evolution.

Price changes
During the last AGM the Committee has decided to increase the cost of the tickets. Unfortunately we had to do this to cover the hire costs of the hall at Mosman Art Gallery which has gone up in price considerably.
We don’t want anyone to miss out, in case you are experiencing financial hardship you can book a ticket under the concession rate of $10.
FYI – The Realisation
A message from Rosemary:
Following our talk about Ascension on Monday Night I had this realisation.
At 3.00pm on the 16th May, 2022, I had the biggest realisation I have ever had. I realised for the first time that the book I wrote titled, How to Move Forward/Leave Your Thoughts Behind was really a book of Ascension. I was thinking when Sai Baba guided me to write it, that it was to help people move forward in their daily life. But now I realise He was guiding me to help people shift their consciousness to another higher level. In other words to ascend out of the third dimension and into a higher one of Love. This is what we must do to enter this new Age. This we must do now. It is not only important, it is essential.
We have finished the Kali Yuga (the Iron Age) and the next age is upon us. Sathya Yuga, the age of Truth, the age of Oneness. To enter this age we need to have a higher consciousness. We need to always see what is right with our lives, be positive. But how can we have that when our thoughts are 3rd dimensional and we have this negative energy running through our body filling our bodies with emotions and judgements.
It is our thoughts that keep us bound tightly to the 3rd dimension.
Let us look at a few of them. Thoughts such as, “I am so depressed, angry, sad. I will be happy when I get a new job/can pay the bills. I am not good enough. I’ve got too much to do. I cannot cope with these children, they get me down“. I am sure you can add heaps more, you only have to listen to your mind. Even the newspapers always talk about what is wrong with the world. Always negative. We can never raise our consciousness while we have thoughts such as these going through our head.
So that is why obviously I was guided to write…..your mind is like a radio station and what you need to do is to change stations. The whole book is about how to let go of your thoughts. What I didn’t add and I would like to now, is AND THEN YOU CAN ASCEND. You will be able to be Love, act with Love, Love All and Serve All.
So please read my book again, this time with the knowledge that if you do the exercises that Sai Baba gave me, you will enter a consciousness of Love. You will have Ascended.
