Health tip
RESENTMENT
Resentment frequently comes about when you feel that you have been treated unfairly, or taken advantage of. Resentment can also rear a host of negative emotions such as bitterness, hurt, fear, anger and revenge. It creates misunderstanding and distrust. If you are unable to trust, then you can never relax, as consciously or subconsciously, you are always on guard….Inna Segal, The Secret Language of Your Body.
Resentment holds the chemicals that poison your body. Yes, you have been ‘bitten’ but it is you that fills your body with venom. For your own sake, look for the gift in the lesson and move on….Rosemary

In and Around The Academy
from Rosemary Butterworth.
THE ACADEMY CONNECTS TO REGIONAL AREAS.
John and Rosemary Butterworth went to Tamworth where they held a day workshop (three people came from Gunnadah) and a Sacred Sound Meditation evening and introduced people of Tamworth to The Southern Cross Academy of Light. Rosemary told how it came into being after a meeting with Archangel Michael in the rainforest in Hana, Mauii; how the 1st Annual General Meeting of The Academy was held in Canberra in 1996 and since then has helped spread the Light. The Academy has hosted 100’s of people during the last 16 years and assisted them to get their work known.
Rosemary said to the audience that she felt the town of Tamworth would be known as Tamworth – City of Light. One of the audience then told her that when Tamworth was made into a City it was called a City of Light due to the fact that it was the first town to have electricity. (What a validation!) All in all, the weekend was a lovely bonding of like-minded people.
Suz and Angus Smith who hosted them, have a beautiful home and 800 acres of farmland. Suz welcomes all into her home. hosts meditation there and is planning to involve the community in a number of other things which will bring the community closer.
In other regional news, Jan Paton of Forster, who has been associated with the Academy for many years, particularly before she left Sydney, told Rosemary this week that the Women’s Shed that they have started in Forster have found a home for 3 homeless women. That is Love In Action.
Danielle Allen of Forest Lodge Bulladelah, has successfully hosted a permaculture day on her property. One gentleman was so impressed with the property that he has asked for a plot of his own on her property to build a shed and have a goat. Isn’t this wonderful to see the community of light coming together!

SAD NEWS FOR SOME. The Open Day on the 21st May has been cancelled. It seems that most people’s diaries are full with other events so the Open Day with Narelle and Rosemary talking about Cutting the Ties that Bind will have to wait.
DON’T FORGET. You are welcome to come and walk the Labyrinth any time. In the meantime the Lavender is growing and more plants will soon be big enough to plant out.

Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to ASSIST IN MOTHER EARTH’S ASCENSION and ease the Earth Changes. Come and do service – for this is the time we came to help. On Monday Nights you can release all that you are carrying and return to a state of Peace.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession available.

Rosemary Butterworth’s next Universal Awareness/Communicating with your Higher Self course started last Wednesday and goes through to 29th June. We’d love to have you join us. Although the focus of this term will be opening the heart Rosemary has decided to teach how to BODY SCAN your body energetically. Because she has noticed that when a person is stressed and the heart is closed, the body is out of harmony and each organ is vibrating differently thinks it is separate and has the whole workload and this causes dis-ease. $200 for 8 weeks or $30 per night.
