Health tip
When faced with any sort of illness people often find that they are flooded with masses of cure alls by well meaning friends and family. That is wonderful and they all may work but the best idea is not to try them all at once. With breast cancer for instance, Chaparral Tea, is an amazing herb. It has been known in many instances to get rid of cancer, but it does not play nicely with other herbs. Do not mix Chaparral Tea with anything. Other Breast Cancer-Supplements – Tahhebo, Pau d’arcco, Essiac tea, Catnip Tea.

In and Around The Academy
For those people who missed hearing and meeting Mark Anthony and his lovely wife, Theresa, and missed the incredible meditation he led, the Academy intends
to invite him back again to tell us more about Theta Healing, so we will keep you posted.
AT JACARANDA HAVEN
Open day last Saturday was amazing. So many people came and had traveled so far. One lady had traveled more than 5 hours and found it very worthwhile. John opened with a Gong Bath and that was followed by Jessica Cowley-Martin with her beautiful White Crystal Bowls. The main guest of the day was Narelle Green who tested us all for what colour our chakras needed for us to move forward here and now. What happened even surprised Narelle!
The next Open Day will be on the 21st May and Narelle has agreed to come back and together with Rosemary Butterworth teach “Gold Circle Power – Cutting the Ties that Bind”. – As numbers are limited don’t forget to book early.
RETREAT AT JACARANDA HAVEN
The next retreat will be held from Friday evening 1st – Sunday 3rd April. Rosemary will be the facilitator and the focus will be mainly on assisting you to recognize and release what is troubling you and keeping you from being the large being that you are. How to Serve the Moment is the title of the Retreat. Cost. $200, accommodation extra. Danielle Allen has offered to accommodate people at Forest Lodge, Bulahdelah at a very reasonable rate also.

Monday nights are a wonderful powerful opportunity for all of us to unwind, recharge, relax and rejuvenate. Come and feed your soul through restful meditation and be inspired by our gifted speakers.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession available.

Rosemary Butterworth – UNIVERSAL AWARENESS COURSE
The Mayans say that from the 10th March we will be in Unity Consciousness. It is important that we can maintain our composure and balance no matter what the circumstances and that we can stay centred and peaceful.
This course is for those who are sincere about increasing their level of awareness and consciousness. It is for those people who love the Light and are prepared to practice a few minutes each day to connect to All That Is.
Tips and guidelines will be given each week to reduce the ‘hubbub’ in the mind. You will be shown how the Lower Mind drags you in with its negativity and how not to believe a word it tells you.
There will be a meditation each night that will lift your spirits and leave you nicely energized for the week ahead. Gradually you will learn not to be distracted by the tricks and antics of your Lower Mind (ego).
