Neutral Bay Monday Nights
MEDITATION AND INSPIRATIONAL TALKS
Monday nights are a wonderful powerful opportunity for all of us to unwind, recharge, relax and rejuvenate. Come and feed your soul through restful meditation and be inspired by our gifted speakers.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession available.
Light refreshments are served.
LAVENDER LABYRINTH
This is the labyrinth pattern (left) that John and Rosemary have decided to try. Imagine this with Lavender inbetween the walking paths. Imagine the perfume as you walk. Someone has suggested that we should have a planting weekend. Anyone interested in coming up for a weekend to Jacaranda Haven when we have the plants? Someone also said that the planters might like to plant a crystal or two… all ideas welcome.
A pair of hands (see pic). turned up on Sunday morning to help with the Labyrinth. We found him waiting at the bottom of the kitchen steps. We thanked him and told him we weren’t quite ready yet. This weekend we slashed the paddock where it is to go. John is going to buy 5 tonnes of soil to plant the Lavender in plus we have decided to put a course yellow sand down for the paths. Should go with the Lavender very nicely.
We would like to thank the people for the contributions that have come in to buy the Lavender, soil etc.
