A TEACHING
To raise the conscious in the food that you are eating – pause, centre yourself and Bless the food, filling it with Light, Love and Gratitude. If you can dowse you might like to ask for the conscious level of the food before it is blessed and after. In his book, Power Versus Force, David Hawkins has a Scale of Consciousness. He says (and I paraphrase) that Lightbeings should not eat anything below 200 as it will take their consciousness down. The higher the consciousness is, will help raise your own.
In my class on Wednesday nights I brought some ‘fresh’ food purchased at a supermarket, some packet food and some scones I had baked. The packet cereal came in at 75, the ‘fresh’ food was 150 and the scones I had baked measured over 600. Everyone ate the scones. ……..Rosemary Butterworth

NEWS FROM AROUND THE ACADEMY
WELCOMING 2011 WHAT FUN! EVERYTHING NOW CHANGES IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE.
Have you noticed how different the energies are this year? They are finer, lighter and not so dense. They seem to vibrate even quicker bringing change with them. Have you also noticed how nothing seems to go as you plan? You make a plan to do something tomorrow and before you can say ‘Jack Robinson’ – it has all changed. This is the fabric of 2011. It is definitely one of keep focused, keep your energy high and grounded or you have to deal with the chaos which seems to be right in your face.
Don’t be surprised if the way you used to run your business doesn’t work as well in 2011. The higher you keep your energy, the more inspiration you will have and the ideas will simply flow but stale, tired ideas will blockages. Statements like “I have to do this or that….” cause stagnation as this is the time of unity and co-operation because Planes of Existences. So everytime you go to say…I have to….change it to …..This needs to be done …may my angels and guides assist please.
The Southern Cross Academy of Light is changing too. It is more like The Southern Cross Community of Light as it connects people from all walks of life – people who are waking up and love the Light that is shining in their window……….Rosemary Butterworth.
JACARANDA HAVEN
What a wonderful time we have all had up here with over 30 people staying during the Christmas holiday season. Some people brought tents and camped in the beautiful bushland on the property whilst other stayed in the house. There was much laughter and many games played – others had private sessions with Rosemary and all left energised.
The Lavender Labyrinth. Rosie Keller, Michael Williamson and Jessica Cowley-Martin came one weekend and performed a sacred water ceremony – walking the land whilst annointing it with blessed water. Following a Fire Ceremony the next morning John and Rosemary went out and dowsed which led them to the place to bury a crystal at the foot of the Labyrinth. The place was blessed and a crystal buried which will energise all those who stand on it.
Lavender is currently being propagated and the site measured out. We will keep you in touch when it is time to come up and help plant the Lavender – what a sacred time that will be and what fun!

Monday nights are a wonderful powerful opportunity for all of us to unwind, recharge, relax and rejuvenate. Come and feed your soul through restful meditation and be inspired by our gifted speakers.
