Health Tip
STRESS BUSTER
The brain has a left and right hemisphere. All stress is caused from the overuse of the left hemisphere – too much thinking. To restore the balance between the left and right hemisphere and reduce stress the Academy recommends the daily practise of exercising the right by:-
1. Sitting in the sunshine for a few minutes and consciously bringing the sun’s rays into the body.
2. Meditating for at least 10 minutes a day.
3. Gardening – feel your fingers in the soil.
4. Walking in nature naturally (without the ipod).

Neutral Bay Monday Nights
MEDITATION AND INSPIRATIONAL TALKS
Monday nights are a wonderful powerful opportunity for all of us to unwind, recharge, relax and rejuvenate. Come and feed your soul through restful meditation and be inspired by our gifted speakers.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession available.
Light refreshments are served.

WHAT TO EXPECT
At our Rose Healing Circle there will be a guided meditation to bring healing energy into the Circle and to send Love and Light out to where it is needed in the world. When women come together in a Healing circle, there is a universal sisterhood, which comes about when women unite to consciously activate the heart energy. When united with positive intent, it is an invincible powerful force for good.
Each woman present receives a healing rose brooch as a gift and wears it during the Healing Circle. This immediately activates Light energy. The brooch contains a small amount of Narmada Healing Meteorite Sand which is placed in the small copper cap. It is activated and charged in a place of power on the banks of Holy Narmada River in India where Ayurvedic Healing Fires are maintained regularly.
There will be a table of Rose Circle products made by tribal and village women in India, available for purchase if you wish to support in this way.

of Love and Healing for the world.

Isis Calling

This work is an extension of the difference we saw we could make to empower women, especially young women to be all they can be and not stifle their spirit to ‘fit in’.
