The Energy of 2014 by Rosemary Butterworth
Being a psychic I love New Year’s Eve. I love the stroke of midnight and the first few seconds of the New Year – being able to see, feel and know what the New Year is bringing. So I shut my eyes and breathed in the New Year and in that instance I knew that the main characteristic of 2014 would be RESISTANCE. By that I mean there would be strong resistance to the Light.
There is more. 2014 is the year of resistance and MAGIC. Magic is the otherside of the coin. The energy or Light coming to this planet is so much stronger than we have had before and therefore it is more powerful. It has the power to amplify whatever it ‘lights up’. So anger turns into violence, despair turns into depression, fear leads to mass anxiety. But what is the otherside, joy turns into bliss, a little turns into a lot , an Abundance of all good things.
The ‘trick’ to turning the coin is ACCEPTANCE of what is, stop trying to fix it, worry about what is happening, what might happen in the future, or try to find out how on earth and why did it happen. I am aware that is difficult, sometimes extremely difficult . As a counselor, I get calls from people in distress and what is happening ‘out there’ occasionally brings tears to my eyes. But the need to let go the resistance to what has happened is mandatory for the magic to come into your life.
WE HAVE INVISIBLE FRIENDS THAT CAN HELP.
Once we have accepted the situation because this is really how it is right now, we can move forward.
A friend of mine rang last week who told me that she had just spent the last 3 hours on the phone to get her internet reconnected. Then she also told me that a little while ago her three websites had been hacked and her latest book which she thought would be out before Christmas, has had not one but three delays.
As she had no idea of what to do about her websites, she went into her altar, lit a candle to Sai Baba and gave him the problem. In her mind she felt Him say that He would send an envoy to fix it. Her webmaster came around and was able to locate the problem easily and restored her websites.
You too, have a guru; the still small voice within. As well as that you could call upon Lord Ganesha to remove the obstacles, Buddha Maitreya, Lakshmi, the Christ; Archangel Michael; we have so many invisible powerful friends ready and waiting to help if we but let go the resistance, ACCEPT WHAT IS and remember to ASK for assistance and guidance. It is this resistance that keeps up locked into Mass Consciousness which is full of fear and anxiety.
When you let go and surrender, keep present, your energy will soar and then, with your invisible friends’ help and support, you can have that wonderful life of ease and grace you have dreamed about.
EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.

Monday night saw us for the first time in the Melody Room at Mosman Art & Community Centre. It was a great evening with some wonderful interaction. Rosemary led us through a meditation which we set the intention for balance in the weather patterns, rain (it rained the next day!) where it needs to go and help for the animals that are being affected by the adverse patterns.
Charlie Lagoa gave us a great questionnaire that identified what money Archetype was prominent for us and helped us to see our money patterns and our relationship with money. We also discussed how these patterns filter into other areas of our lives. It was very interesting and insightful. Thank you Charlie!
