Julia Griffin – Creating in a New Age
Julia Griffin of One True Self (www.onetrueself.com) shared this wonderful article on 20 January 2014 about manifestation. Julia says “the true reason for manifesation is creating a life that reflects the soul”. There are 11 points on manifesting Julia raises, these are as follows:
- Manifestation begins with intent.
- You don’t need special powers.
- Hopefully, your work will induce positive feelings.
- With every manifestation there are challenges, and thats okay.
- With increasing psychic awareness, you may feel how other people block your manifestation.
- Keep your manifestation quiet.
- Good or bad? What always happens in your life? It will certainly come to light durin any important manifestation and its a learning opportunity for you to use.
- Creating a successful manifestion means becoming a new person.
- Your overall energy level will increase and decrease during the phase of manifestation.
- All manifestations grow in the prescence of a joyful state.

Teal Scott, What is Alchemy? (The Philosophy and Practice of Liberating a Physical Substance’s Fixed Properties)
Another fantastic topic covered by Teal Scott, the subject of Alchemy. Teal says “Alchemy is the philosophy and practice of liberating a physical substance from its “fixed” physical properties. But the most important thing to understand is that there can be no external alchemy without there first being internal alchemy.” This clip is so fascinating. We are already Alchemists. In and Around the Academy

Chaos has surrounded me this week and I have to say that the gift I have out of it is I am once again meditating daily. It has made everything much easier. How wonderful it was to be reminded in the Newsletter last week to do the meditations included each day! I didn’t have to think, they were there, right in front of me, all I had to do was sit down for a few minutes, call my energy back and connect. I remembered to bring the group energy in from Monday night too and somehow I was able to let life flow.
I encourage you to come along and join us on Mondays at Mosman. This year at the Academy we are focusing on Magic, Miracles and Manifesting using the meditations for a greater good. Sending Love out to situations, places. Love is sent to all, no barriers. The outcome is for the highest good of all. The group energy will make a difference.
This week Rosemary will bring through healing energy, whilst listening to her meditation CD, giving it to those who need to have their energy balanced. So do come along and bring an intent that we can all focus the energy on.

HEALTH – Breathing
An exercise from the book The Essential Natural Health Bible by Nerys Purchon (page 30).
“Breath is vital. Drawing in breath is the first thing we do when we are born, and breathing out is the last thing we do when we die. We can live for about four weeks without food, four days without water, and only four minutes without air, and yet we have almost forgotten how to breathe.
Remember shallow breathing creates tension: deep breathing releases tension.
Take your attention to your breath, keep your shoulders loose and relaxed and forget about your chest. Imagine that in your belly you have balloon. As you gently breath in through your nose, the balloon inflates until it fills your belly space. As you breath out through your mouth, the balloon slowly deflates, until its quite flat.
When you are nervous, tense or angry, STOP, drop your shoulders and take three or four deep “belly breaths”. Your tension, will begin to dissipate, leaving you in control once again.”
Conscious breathing is so simple and yet it is something that is so easily neglected. Make a difference to your Mind, Body & Spirit. Remember this and put it in to practise throughout your day….Terri

This new course is about re-connection to the axial system. This 5th dimensional system (the meridians are 4th that is why that cannot be seen in X-rays)) was shut down when we came into duality.
