A CHANGE IN MONDAY NIGHT’S AT THE ACADEMY. – AN ACT OF SERVICE.
Whenever we meet, regardless of who comes, we leave our separateness outside the door and unite. We become a very focussed and powerful group. Noel Jordan, a regular at Academy meetings, said the power of the group should be harnessed for the good of the world. Could the group set an intent that would help the earth and humanity, he asked.
Noel Jordan is an excellent, skilled dowser with over 30 years experience, clearing people, their homes and all sorts of public buildings. But he stated, now is the time to think bigger.
So last Monday Night, we asked the group for a focus. Cypress was the answer. So Noel set the intention of the group to clear the fear and anger of the people of Cypress (due to the impeding financial crisis) and we dowsed to clear it. We feel if the fear and anger is removed then the people can act and not react allowing the highest outcome.
This loving act of selfless service left the group feeling so fulfilled we have decided to make clearing, through dowsing, a regular segment.
We ask you to go into your heart and see if you can make a regular commitment to be part of the special circle at least once a month. Your presence makes a difference. The more people that come to focus on the intent – the more power – the bigger the difference we can make.

What fun we had with Marie Chandler last Monday Night as she taught us what our hands and fingers could say about who we are. She had a shaking hands with three different people and told us what the different handshakes meant. We laughed so much. Did you know that your chakra system is in your hand. The rise at the thumb is the base chakra, opposite side is the sacral, the centre of the palm is the solar plexus. The fingers from the base to the tip hold the other ones. The middle finger represents your spirituality and the ringer finger is your action. So make sure that the energy is flowing. Marie has a course on both the hands and feet. (One of the things I always check when doing a healing is to feel the ‘palm chakra’, as I used to call it, to see is it is weak or strong, to make sure the energy is flowing into the hand. It makes more sense to me know, as it would relate to issues of self-worth etc. So thank you Marie. )

HEALTH – PROTEIN – Are you getting enough?
All animal meat, fish, eggs and dairy are complete protein. Incomplete protein foods as in vegetables and grains are best combined to provide the same quality of animal proteins.
Vegetarian foods for protein.
* Beans with grains, tofu and rice, lentils and rice, corn and beans, buckwheat and tempeh, muesli and soya mil, kidney beans and barley.
* Beans with seeds, tahina and beans, tofu and sesame seeds.
* Grains and nuts; nut butters on bread, rice and cashews, rice and peanut sauce.
* Include at each meal, protein, vegetables, fruits, some carbohydrates.

So working together, using meditation and sound, your chakras will be cleared and energized. Discordant unwanted patterns released from the cells of your body and replaced with harmonies that restore your body to peace. You will once again be in the unified field of consciousness.
