F.Y.I. – Reminder
Last week we asked if you would like to support Mark Wentworth’s Dynamic Theatre project. The project will help the children who are suffering from grief and trauma in Bangladesh from a terrible accident.
We would like to thank the people who have donated. So far we have been gifted $120. Can we raise it to $200 this week before we send it off to Mark Wentworth?
BUS ACCIDENT IN CHITTAGONG, BANGLADESH KILLS 42 STUDENTS.
The principle of the school wrote to Mark Wentworth (whom the Academy hosted several years ago) asking for help with the staff and students who are suffering with grief and trauma. One of the great things about the principal is he knows that theatre and drama are a great way to help these children and adults to work with their grief. He writes that in one class alone they lost 12 students, the children who did survive do not know how to cope with the depth of feeling of loss and survivor’s guilt they feel, school is no longer a joyful place to be.
Mark Wentworth has this wonderful project to take Dynamic Theatre and other creative arts and therapies out into parts of the world where this kind of work is not normally available. For more information go to www.dynamicheartproject.com.
He said if 350 people donated $20 the team could go and help these children. He already has had donations from Shanghai and Siberia and I feel that the community of Australia may like to help too.

HOW COFFEE CAN MAKE YOU FAT……….from Accidentally Overweight by Dr. Libby Weaver
Caffeine acts on your adrenal glands by stimulating the production of adrenalin. When adrenalin is released, your blood sugar elevates to provide more energy, your blood pressure and pulse rate rise to provide more oxygen to your muscles, which tense to be ready for action. (Adrenalin causes the body to go into ‘fright and flight’).
Whether your adrenalin production is the result of real or perceived stress, or simply the result of your caffeine intake, caffeine, via stress hormones and coupled with the response of your nervous system, can either lead you to slenderness or fat storage, because insulin – the fat storage hormone – will first convert the unused glucose from your blood into glycogen and store it in your muscles and what is left over will be converted into body fat.

In and Around The Academy

We realise that we spend most of every day lost in our thoughts. We have about 60,000 thoughts per day. We are rarely present. We know that what we thinks creates our future.
We need to practice Mindfulness and it takes practice to break the old habits of listening to the chatter in our head. To help you with the practice, I will be putting on the website a course in Mindfulness and Awareness. I will let you know when Part 1 is up.
John Steggles will be putting up 5 new Youtubes in the next day or so. Angel O Bryant from Coloraction International is in 3 of them – they have great stories. Speaking of stories I have a couple to add on video – one is about Archangel Michael and me and the other is about Mindfulness.

“Mum please look at me when I am speaking to you because I don’t feel valued when you don’t” Out of the mouth of babes!!!

Neutral Bay Monday Nights

RUTH RENDLEY- SERAPHIM BLUEPRINT: THE POWER OF ANGEL HEALING
In 2007 Ruth authored the book about the healing system she co-founded with a Seraph entitled: Seraphim Blueprint: The Power of Angel Healing, which is available on Amazon.com and has since been published in Japanese. Ruth has a devoted following on four continents, with about one hundred Seraphim Blueprint teachers trained in countries actively teaching in the U.S., Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Italy, Germany, Belgium, New Zealand and Australia.
In her book on the Seraphim Blueprint, Ruth shares insights in her personal search for her real purpose in life. A Seraph recruited her for the mission of re=establishing human access to an ancient healing system that had been dormant for thousands of years Her first encounter with this Angel changed her life forever.
Her path included living in the United States, Japan and most recently Australia, as well as an essential trip to England. Ruth’s mission is to provide as many people as possible with the tools to raise their energetic vibrations with this very easy methodology.
Ruth has been a presenter in San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver as well as at the Sydney, Mind Body Spirit Festivals. She has appeared on television in America and Australia.
