We just had an email from a dear friend who had caught up with a lady who had completed three weeks of Intuitive Anatomy in Sydney. Her comment was “WOW! She looked 10 years younger, relaxed and not at all stressed and had even lost some weight! It had been such a transformative time for her. You always rave about Theta Healing. HEALTH TIP – BRAIN WAVE PATTERNS & STRESS
Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta are our four brain wave patterns. Coping with our stresses and busy lives means we are always thinking. Our mind chatter never seems to cease. This means that we are operating in Beta for most of the day BUT we need to be in Alpha to rest, to be present and relaxed.
The chatter begins the minute our eyes are open. “It’s Wednesday, I have to………………..” We reach for our cup of coffee and the caffeine gets our Adrenal glands going and switches us to our Sympathetic Nervous System which feeds on adrenalin, caffeine and sugar, and so our day begins. This type of day builds stress and anxiety. When we come home we reach for a glass or two of wine to unwind but what we don’t know is that alcohol is a poison to our body and the liver is put to work to extract it from our blood stream. Now the liver has priorities. 1, to extract the alcohol, 2, the adrenalin, 3, the caffeine, 4, the sugar and 5, the estrogen. Unfortunately according to Dr. Libby Weaver in her book Accidentally Overweight 
(which everyone should read), the liver cannot do all this in one day. This is why she suggests 2 alcohol free days a week.
But there is a solution and it is easy. Consciously change the brain wave pattern to Alpha several times a day by doing some deep breathing. Walk away from your computer, or current task, if possible stand near a window or better still get some sunshine. Put your hands on your waist and breathe deeply from the abdomen. Slowly fill the abdomen, see it rise and as you slowly breathe out, imagine you are standing underneath a waterfall of light, letting the light wash away all the thoughts, all your worries. Imagine all your cares are being dissolved in the light. After 12 deep breaths, return to your desk or what you were doing before making sure that you are connected mind and body for as long as you can.
You have just changed the brain wave pattern and switched to the Parasympathetic Nervous System which is relaxing your whole body. Do this several times during the day and you will find your stress levels and anxiety decreasing and you won’t need that extra cup of coffee. Your cortisol levels will get a chance to return to normal and this could be weight reducing!
It is not the situation that causes our stress but it is our reaction and thinking about the situation. Remember when we are thinking, we have cut ourselves off from our intuition. Thinking is left-brained (Beta) and the intuition comes from the right-brain (Alpha).

Please read this!!! I am writing to invite you to the Academy meetings. In particular to the next two weeks. The next week is Michelle Bowen who is an amazing psychic and healer – as this is her second time speaking at the Academy and many of you already know her and her incredible work. BUT….This morning I was told that the Monday, 8th October had become available due to the presenter still being overseas. This was perfect because I was wondering how we could invite Elizabeth Robinson back after she presented last night and our diary for the rest of this year is full. So I phoned Elizabeth and she was available to be with us again on the 8th October.
Now what made her talk so amazing. It was not the interesting things that had happened to her, or her visiting Jean Houston’s home and what happened there, but it was the group healing and the energy she brought through. As she began I knew the energy was lifting veils from the people – breaking through the remnants of illusions that we all carry. It was just what was needed for us to be freed from the 3rd dimension and move forward to the 5th. I felt the unified field of consciousness in the room.
We know that we are all amazing beings of Light intellectually, but we realize we are carrying baggage that prevents our Light shining. This keeps us in the 3rd dimension! Peggy turned to me and said “I feel free and it reminded me of what I had been missing – going home!”. Others felt larger as they felt the field and merged with it. So write the dates down in your diary and come along if you want to share in the magic.

Dominique Meeroff is coming to Australia!
Dominique is a leading Metamorphic Technique teacher based in London. She travels and teaches all around the world and trained extensively with Gaston Saint-Pierre the founder of the work.

Shaman Blue Star
In October Shaman Blue Star will return to Australia for the fourth time to share her teachings in Native American Indian spirituality.
Blue Star has been working with Chief Dancing Thunder of the Susquehannock Tribe of Florida for 18 years and is initiated as a clan mother of the Pan American Indian Association. She works as a transpersonal healer and is a clear medium using a shaman’s drum and her voice. In her workshops she combines shamanic journeys with channeled messages from spirit and teachings of ancient knowledge. Blue Star teaches with a warm heart, great empathy and a lot of humor.
