Thought of the Week
It is quite clear to me that the moment you think only of yourself, the focus of your whole reality narrows, and because of this narrow focus, uncomfortable things can appear huge and bring you fear and discomfort and a sense of feeling overwhelmed by misery. The moment you think of others with a sense of caring, however, your view widens. Within that wider perspective, your own problems appear to be of little significance, and this makes a big difference.

In it there is a testimonial of an instant healing that a lady got after taking part in an Agnihotra ceremony. www.agnihotra.org It is wonderful to see amazing work going on all around the world!
It is teaching us to look at things in a new way. Be aware all the elements have a consciousness. Everything his a life force. Connect with it and ask for balance and harmony. 
eg water is not just water, it is an element, it is a living consciousness. Ask for it to wash away any stress, any chemicals that are not in balance.

Health tip – Bring Yellow into your life.

In and Around The Academy

After three glorious weeks at Jacaranda Haven, walking the beautiful Lavender Labyrinth each morning, doing Agni Hotra at sunset, John and I are back in Sydney, looking very forward to an exciting year at the Academy.
Our first meeting for the year was amazing. So many ‘old’ faces and heaps of new ones. I would like to tell you all how wonderful it is to see people that we haven’t seen for ages. It was like a family reunion with so many hugs and much laughter. So if you haven’t been for a long time, do come back, you will be given such a welcome.
Last Monday Night we had a fabulous presentation from Anatole Kononewsky who has produced his inspiring package which contains a book, CD and DVD called Soft Diamond Light. www.2ordernow.com

Neutral Bay Monday Nights
ALL WELCOME – ENJOY LOVE, LIGHT & LAUGHTER
Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to unite, send Light and Love to our family, those in need and especially ourselves. The evening always begins with a meditation followed by a speaker. See below for the next two weeks topics.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street.
Session starts: 7.30pm. Entry Fee: $15.00, Concession $10.00.

Jennifer will channell “Min” an Egyptian ‘God’. Jennifer/Min always takes questions from those present and in the past her answers have turned out to be very accurate! So what questions do you have that you would like answered? Bring them along.
Peter is a Theta Healing practioner and together they have with Min’s insights and Peter’s abilities cleared patterns where necessary.
Jennifer and Peter visited us several times last year and have become big favourites!

with Ann Castle
Ann’s experience with troubled teenage girls and as a Lifeline counsellor exposed her to the hidden pain of women in our culture. Her newspaper career led her to the role of Co-Editor for ShiningBRIGHT Magazine and she currently publishes books for Little Steps Publishing Ann travelled to India and other ancient cultures where she explored the dark creation myth of original sin. This led to the birth of her first title I am She. It is based on a true story.
Ann’s book is being released this month and we will be amoungst the first to see it!
