Something to make you think: This week we were sent an article that was published on Galactic Free Press that we thought you would like to read about. The following is an excerpt from the article by Phil Rowen.
The nature of our species, homo sapiens is now undergoing a huge shift. Some call it a transformational evolution, others call it the end of our old world and the beginning of a new one happening simultaneously.
Some can only perceive the negative side of it and are reacting with extreme fear over the loss of the familiar. They predict doomsday but, although many things in our old world are perishing rapidly, there demise will only herald a new age. A new age so different from the past dysfunction of thousands of years as to be almost incomprehensible from our present perspectives. The metaphor of a “golden age of peace’ has been used many times and in many cultures to describe the aftertime.
Our physical DNA affects our personal human conscious awareness. DNA and human consciousness are completely interconnected, intertwined, commingled. What affects one affects the other. DNA is the material/physical aspect of human consciousness. Those who are becoming aware of the spiritual aspects, due to activating their energenic heart, are able to see the metaphysical implications as well.

HEALTH TIP – FOOD AND COMMON SENSE.

There are literally thousands of books out there with their attached ideas; books that tell you eat raw meat, books that ell you not to eat sugar, books that ell you not to eat gluten, books that tell you to only eat fruit and books that tell you to only eat vegetables. All these books are based upon an individual person’s opinion and what has worked for them. As you explore these opinions, you have to use good common sense. Any diet, herbal supplement, or meditation must pertain to the individual because we are all different in our reactions to these substances, food or otherwise.
Go up and ask God what to eat. Go up and ask God what is good for your body.
For instance if you only eat fish that comes naturally from the sea, it is highly likely that you are getting high does of mercury. If all you eat is beef, you may not be getting all the minerals that you need that are in vegetables. If all you eat is vegetables you may not get enough protein to sustain your body. Most Vegans are trained how to get enough protein for their body. I am always amused when someone comes to me and says they are a vegetarian but they only eat fish and chicken. This is not a vegetarian! This is a person that does not eat red meat.
When you go out to a restaurant, ask what food on the menu would be most beneficial for you. Salad bars at restaurants can be dangerous, because the vegetables set out in the open air and can accumulate bacterial. Ask the Creator if the salad bar is safe.
Remember to bless your food and acknowledge your gratitude and ask that your body receive the nutrients and nourishment from your meal……..Rosemary

In and Around The Academy

I am sure that the Academy came into being to assist us keep our energy high, to make the path of ascension as easy and light as possible.
It is difficult to stay in the higher frequencies with so many stresses in our daily life and the lower vibrations in the collective consciousness. When you think of the hundreds of speakers we have had at our meetings, such beautiful diversity and yet oneness in the aim to bring us to peace, harmony and love.
I was looking the other day on the Academy’s shelves at the product (from the speakers) we have such as books, essences, colour sprays, cards etc., a bit of their purpose and intent to assist us all. We have purchased them to spread the light.
Next time you are at a meeting on a Monday Night, take time to have a browse and see what would help you at this time. Or you can go online to the Academy’s shop. As the frequencies get higher there is such a need to clear dense cells from our body so our bodies can accept more light otherwise the ‘problems’ get magnified.
The fifth dimension is one of group consciousness, this is why being in a group gives us a feeling of being home. It is important that we are in a group so either come to the Academy on a Monday Night or find a group near you that makes you feel great.
I feel blessed that so many people have come to assist us to ‘go home’.
