Health – Blue & the body
In the body the vibration of the colour Blue generally reduces heat and inflammation. An imbalance in the vibration of Blue can reflect throat conditions, headaches, insomnia, migraine, cateracts and phobias.
If Blue is out of balance in your Aura the complimentary colour or opposite colour Orange, will also be affected, resulting in possible problems in the Sacral Chakra, reflecting challenges of infertility, menstruation, and reproduction.
A Blue Tip: Fast track to enlightenment – give up complaining, and surrender to all that the moment has to offer.
The vibration of Blue is calming and peaceful and will support us through the hectic Christams period and energies of 12 and 21.12.12. Blue connects us to pure love, and love is the link that keeps us all together. Share good energy – the world needs it.

In and Around the Academy

Each year the Academy selects a charity to support for Christmas. This year the Academy has chosen “Street Mission”.
All Donations are tax deductible. (Receipts will be emailed or posted, your choice). Donations can be made thru PayPal, EFT Banking, Credit Card and more, many thanks
About Street Mission–
Street Mission is a totally volunteer based charity on the Northern Beaches.
Street Mission’s Programs include:
• Hot Dinners are served at Manly (Saturday evenings – Salvos Hall) and Dee Why (St Johns Church Hall)
for the disadvantaged, single mothers and their kids & the homeless. These cafés (as they prefer to call them), provide a nutritious ‘home cooked meal’, prepared with love and caring by volunteers.
• Sailing Program – For disadvantaged children the disabled and their carers.
The Sailing Program provides a day out on Pittwater, swimming and a barbecue at the Basin in an environment that is free of the normal stresses under which Street Missions clients normally live.
• Some of Street Mission’s clients have been attending for many years. Additionally, warm clothing and bedding is distributed as well as referrals to support agencies.

Neutral Bay Monday Nights
ALL WELCOME – ENJOY LOVE, LIGHT & LAUGHTER
Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to unite, send Light and Love to our family, those in need and especially ourselves. The evening always begins with a meditation followed by a speaker. See below for the next two weeks topics.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, Cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay.

Session starts: 7.30pm. Entry Fee: $15.00, Concession $10.00.

Christmas Party!!! AND GONGS AGAIN!!!!
The gongs were absolutely wonderful last Monday Night. So much so that John was asked repeatedly when he would be playing again as people felt that it wasn’t long enough. So why not on the last night to celebrate the end of an era and the beginning of the new age.
So there will be a short meditation, a few carols led by Louise Terry-Clark and John Butterworth, A GONG BATH, good nibbles and lots of chatter and laughter.
Please bring a small plate to share.
This is our last community meeting for the year so we would love to see you all.
