December Energies
December is going to come in and go out very quickly. We are required to balance ourselves in each moment, in every day. Many of you are continuously going through major changes within yourselves and you’re not feeling like the same person that you were, even as close as yesterday…..
….It’s time to become unstuck and clear the residue. Remnants of judgements and criticism of yourself are just distractions. In this month of December, some of us will have sudden events that will be unexpected and a surprise. The changing of the guard is occurring again and you might feel that your post is left unguarded. In the higher realms there is a lot of movement around you, as much is going on, to align you with a new path, a new reality. That is why you will feel great one minute and then very odd the other. Many days will feel surreal. It is time for you to have moments of celebration and play, to lift any heaviness. There is an abundance of gifts coming in and you will get glimpses of this around December 15 – the potent times will be from December 21 to January 2.…

Towards The Light
Sound is such an amazing thing. It can evoke so many different things in different people. We walked the labyrinth on Monday night listening to a wonderful soundtrack followed by a gong bath from John Butterworth and then this video came across our screen. Rose Alchemy
My Rose Dream takes you through a series of rose images with a verse and not only that but it is accompanied by the Susan Boyle version of I Dreamed A Dream. CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS & ANGELS
This is our last night for 2015! COME and join us and wish all your friends in the Academy a Joyous Christmas.
It is an evening for celebrating Christmas and an end to another year of inspired presentations that our speakers have given us.
So, with this in mind we have asked Elle and Joe Van der Meer, from our Sound Evenings, to bring their beautiful voices again and cover us with the sound of Christmas. You might remember the previous time they came they sang an African song which was just exquisite. So we can look forward to hearing them again to fill our hearts and souls with the message of Christmas.
Rosemary Butterworth was once called the Angel Lady in Sydney because her work with angels included bringing through messages for people from their Angelic Guides. So Rosemary thought it appropriate to ask the Angels if she could bring through messages on the 14th and they have agreed. So be ready to receive your Christmas Message.
As a finale to the year, John Butterworth will sound the Academy year out with a fabulous Gong Bath. So you might like to bring a rug to lie down (or you can sit in a chair, your choice) and be blissed out.
It would be wonderful to see you all there and to give each other a hug for Christmas.
It’s been such a great year. One to celebrate and honour.
Please join us to make it an evening to be grateful for ‘what was’ and open to ‘what will come’.
We’ll be back in 2016 on Monday Evening, the 1st February.
In and Around the Academy
With Rosemary Butterworth
I wish we had a photo to share just how beautiful the Grand Hall looked with the Labyrinth down on the floor lit with candles around the edges and the peace we experienced as we walked it. It brought back beautiful memories of the time when the Academy put on Bathed in Sound Events and we walked a Labyrinth too. When we had all finished walking we were invited to lie down on the Labyrinth while John Butterworth played his magnificent gongs and gave us all a Gong Bath. What a glorious way to end the evening. Our gratitude to Wendy Rose Williams for facilitating our Labyrinth Walk and to Emily Simpson, creator of the wonderful Labyrinth Walk in Centenial Park, for lending us a copy for our walk. Perhaps we can ask Emily for another loan next year. In the meantime, you can always experience the peace and joy walking the Centenial Park one.

It was such a lovely evening, and I really enjoyed our journey together with the Labyrinth; your beautiful opening Meditation, and John’s very moving Gong Bath and Closing Circle! Your masterful Workshop experience ensured the great success of the evening, and I’m very grateful for the kind assistance and support shown to me by both your good selves, and the whole AOL team – Peggy, Warren, Terri, and others I do not know 🙂 I received some lovely comments from participants last night, and I’m sure Emily will be so pleased that her Chartres Canvas and Shamanic Music was so well received. It was a great night, Thank You so much!
I would personally like to ‘thank’ those that attended last night’s event.
Looking forward to seeing you next Monday, and I do hope we can do this again 🙂
