Previous Event: How to Keep Your Energy in These Times with John and Rosemary Butterworth
Due to the covid lockdown The Academy of Light was unable to meet at Mosman Art Gallery for this event. Instead and John and Rosemary presented via zoom to our audience.
John and Rosemary were the founders of the Southern Cross Academy of Light which historically printed glossy magazines/newsletters to share inspiration and hope to its members. These magazines have been archived and the plan is to have these articles resurrected and available for viewing on the Academy of Light website. John shared a few to these inspirational stories from the magazine to the audience.
Rosemary shared that “the greatest joy in my life is being able to help people realise who they are, I have to uncover them so to speak”. Rosemary explains that people have stored at a cellular level disappointment, betrayal, guilt, lack of self- worth, lack of confidence. In current times the energy from the universe is strong which is triggering these emotions stored in the cells of our body. Rosemary’s work involves identifying where these emotions are stored in the body and in particular which chakra. Rosemary explains that the root chakra brings up emotions of judgement and family, sacral chakra is creativity which is finances and sexuality, heart chakra is disappointment and betrayal and throat chakra is communication. Rosemary works with Archangel Haniel to assist in clearing these energies. Rosemary reminds us that during these times it is important to acknowledge how we feel and where the emotion is within the cells of our body and learn to let it go. Rosemary’s guidance is that once we experience these thoughts to say “cancel, clear”.
Rosemary’s encourages us to partake in a practice before bedtime -“ it is important to say all the energy I have picked up today that isn’t mine all the negativity that I have in my body I release to the creator to be transmuted back to love”.
Rosemary led a beautiful visual meditation to the group on letting go of these emotions.
