Self Love -The Great Shortcut to Enlightenment – Teal Swan
Self Love is the root from which everything grows. How can you have enlightenment without Self Love because to be enlightened means that you love everybody and that includes YOU. Teal and her Guides show us how easy it is to love ourselves through using the following mantra.
The mantra that they have created for us to say every day in every situation for a year is “What would someone who loves themselves do?“. Can you make this committment to yourself? Mark it on your calender, put a reminder in your phone. Constantly remind yourself of this question. It could change your life!

What is Enlightenment?
Freedom is complete liberation from thought. If you are having dinner watching television or reading a book, for instance, you are generally not conscious of the taste, smell or colour of the food you are eating. (Have a new experience – try eating in silence)
Where the mind is in control you are not living. If you ask “What is the purpose of living?” Sri Bhagavan says if you are living life you would not ask that question. To Live Life with Purpose means to Live the Life of the Senses, independent and free of the mind.

She said that this pathway takes the mystery and struggle out of Ascension/Enlightenment. This easy to follow 5 phase guide has come through at this time to help us live a life of Joy, Love and Bliss.

Now, on to next week, if you would like to help Soul’s cross over be apart of our circle at Mosman next Monday. People who have died suddenly and don’t know they are dead or simply have strong family ties that are keeping them here, need help to go to the Light. Monday Nights at Mosman Arts & Community Centre
ALL WELCOME – ENJOY LOVE, LIGHT & LAUGHTER
Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to unite, send Light and Love to our family, those in need and especially ourselves. The evening always begins with a meditation followed by a guest speaker. By attending or linking up with our weekly Monday night gatherings you will not only meet likeminded people, be in group energy and rest your mind, you will also raise your vibration and consciousness setting yourself up for the week ahead. Soul Retrieval Ceremony
WE NEED YOU TO CREATE A CIRCLE!
The Academy has found when there has been disasters, many of those who have died suddenly do not realise that they are dead and therefore are lost and have not gone to the Light. In the past, to help those souls ‘cross over’, the Academy has held special Soul Retrieval Ceremonies where it called in the Masters and formed a circle of Light and asked those that were lost to come into our circle and be taken to the Light.
These events were a beautiful loving experience for all those involved.
At this time, where there are many people dying in similar circumstances, we have been guided to hold this ceremony again.
So if your heart feels called, please come along and join our circle in Ceremony to help these men, women and children go to the Light. It is a wonderful way to express your love in service.
Please bring a flower or something you feel can add to the circle.
