The Programmable Mind

Dr. Bruce Lipton says that 95% of the day we are in our programme.   That means we are only conscious 5% of the day!  He also says that 70% of our programmes are limiting, disempowering and undermine who we really are.  He does offer a solution and it begins with our children.  An excellent viewing.  Only  5 minutes Click Here.

Note from the Academy.
A new programme is taking off in America and it is called Tiny Habits.  The Academy suggests that we adopt this idea and create a tiny habit of being more conscious.   It is suggested that it is incorporated into your day after you do something that is done every day.  Such as eating or going to the toilet.  For example after you go to the toilet stand still, feel your feet on the floor and slowly count to 5 being very conscious and aware.  You can even draw a circle in the palm of your hand and it will bring you into the present.   Notice how your awareness increases and you are out of the programmed mind.

SOUND EVENT 3RD APRIL.

We are truly blessed to have such dedicated people performing for our monthly Sound Event.  A very grateful ‘thank you’ to all of them, each so talented in their own way, whether singing, playing didjeridoo, monochord, harmonic overtone singing and of course, the magical gong playing.  The duet between Ellie and Joe with such beautiful harmonies, opened my heart so much that I felt really emotional.  Apart from our enjoyment of being able to lie down, let go our thinking and bliss out for an hour, we acknowledge the service they provide that raises our energy and gives us a wonderful ‘kick start’ for the week ahead.

 A Weekend with Trevor Wie at Jacaranda Haven. 
It all worked like a dream.  Some people drove up from Sydney and stayed at Jacaranda whilst others stayed in nearby hotels.  My thanks and gratitude to everyone for bringing such delicious food to share such as soups, curries, salads and of course cakes and sweets.  Yum!
Two mornings with this remarkable story teller of Aboriginal Law and Lore and we all felt quite expanded, in a different state of consciousness.  For me, it was like he filled in gaps in my undertandings of conscious energy, and the difference between physical energies.  I always knew that the energy of Jacaranda Haven was high but I didn’t know that we had a song line running right through it.  He explained the importance of taking personal responsibility of what we thought because it goes into the memory of the land and can be picked up by anyone.  He explained the reasons for living in ‘soft’ energy and not on ‘hot’ spots.  When he brought us back from walking the land,  I felt that he hadn’t even scratched the surface as he has so much knowledge to share and cannot wait until he comes back……..Rosemary
