Everybody is welcome to join us for the Annual General Meeting on Monday night 30th November 7.30 – 8.30pm. This meeting will be via Zoom. This is the time when the sitting Committee is dismissed and the new one is being chosen. The president’s report and the financial report will be presented as well.
If you have any ideas or other input for the Academy please come along and let us know.

Call to Lightworkers – Embody More Light with Julia Smith
Energy healer Julia Smith spoke to the Academy about how we – as lightworkers – need to step up and embody more light as we move through ascension. (Whether you realise it or not, if you are reading this, you are a lightworker.)
Julia began by discussing what ascension means.
“Ascension is all about addressing our shadow and our light quotient…We all need to embody more light as the darkness is leaving us.”
She explained that Mother Earth has already embodied the fifth dimensional energies. It is up to us to raise our own vibration and to stay connected to her energy.
“The old galactic cycle is ending and we are rebuilding ourselves – and building our cells. We are going through a shedding process so that we can grow our cells into the fifth dimensional energies.”
“We are in the cycle of Kali Yuga – which is a rebirth. What is not working is breaking down so that earth can hold more light. Covid was part of phase 1. We were forced into isolation to deal with our inner shadow. We are moving into Phase 2 of Kali Yuga – which is about the world stage….. the interplay of power between world leaders….climate change and the detoxification of the planet.”
“As lightworkers it is important to anchor the light. We need to remain calm in the face of the storm….. Our timelines depend on the decisions made by leaders over the next four years, and the decisions we make in our daily lives, as we are part of the collective consciousness.

Understanding Our God Self With Valerie Barrow.
In Mosman and In Zoom
Valérie Barrow will join us again to share with us her understanding of what is going on in the world from a higher perspective and what our future could be like. On the night Cosmic Sai Baba would like to address the meeting through Valérie and invites general questions from those who are attending.
Valérie Barrow has come to understand that she was not born into her body, that after surviving a near death experience her soul has come to earth from the stars. Her mission is to speak of the sacred Alcheringa Indigenous Stone, and what it taught her. It also came from the stars, reminding her of specific events of evolution on planet Earth and the early creation of our complicated Human Race. Written about in her “Starlady Book” and “Alcheringa, When the first Ancestors were created.”
Several visits to India and telepathic conversations with Sri Sathya Sai Baba helped her understand she receives information by divine illumination. Since 1982, she has worked with unseen beings that speak with her or over-light her body and speak through her.
Not so long ago she was introduced to her oversoul or God self, from the galaxy Andromeda M31 who speaks through her, sometimes using star language. Andromeda Val works with the highest order 6,000 years into our future and is always introduced by Cosmic Sai Baba.

Julia also explained that we all have different frequency bands so we are experiencing ascension in different ways. We have free will. Everyone has divine timing in their own ascension, and not everyone will choose ascension. But we can do our best as lightworkers to radiate light. “
There are two major groups in our community of lightworkers – the first group is the embodier of light, which focuses on anchoring light on the planet. The second group is the ‘truth seekers’- people like David Icke, who are helping people become aware. We need to support each other in our roles. The problem, however, is that when you go too deeply into the rabbit holes, you can go into fear.”
“Our toroidal energy fields shrink when we are in fear. And potentially it could become more challenging. It’s important to stay in our centre and to radiate more light.”
Julia shared one of her favourite tools for radiating more light.
“Breathe deeply – using elongated light filled belly breaths. Breathe in light – to the count of five, exhale to the count of six.”
We were then gently guided through a powerful meditation to help us embody more light.
