Maggie Hamilton is a teacher and student of the sacred, former publisher of the Inspired Living imprint for Allen & Unwin publishers, and author of a number of books, including Coming Home, Magic of the Moment and A Soft Place to Land.
Maggie’s travels have taken her to deserts and sacred mountains, to temples, cathedrals and standing-stones, where each time a new face of the sacred has revealed itself. After years in book publishing, Maggie now devotes her time to sacred journeying, writing and giving workshops, and to her own practice.

Soul Retrieval with Julia Smith and Christina Christou
Come along to participate in this circle of service to enable any lost Souls to ‘cross over’ to the Light with ease and grace.
Please bring along a crystal or flower to place in the centre of the circle.
So many people have been killed without preparation.
This service is to help Souls from all around the world who have passed away and do not realize they have died. There are various reasons for a soul to become lost, it could be due to a sudden passing from an accident or if they are very attached to their life circumstances. Souls are lost between the worlds if they have not gone to the Light. To help these souls ‘cross over’ the Academy holds a special Soul Retrieval Ceremony where we call on the company of Heaven to ask for any lost souls to come into our circle and be taken to the Light.
This is a beautiful loving experience for all those involved and great service to the Light.
So if your heart feels called, please come along and join our circle in ceremony to help these men, women and children who have passed away to be re-united with their loved ones in Spirit.
This is indeed “Love in Action” and great service to humanity. Chrstina will lead a special meditation of Shamanic dreaming to prepare us. This gentle meditation uses sound and music.We will journey to Uluru – the mother’s womb where we will activate our chakras, bring forth our vision and anchor the golden light of love for the earth mother.

“THE LANGUAGE OF POSSIBILITY”
With Kath Davis and Kim Pearce co-founders of The Possibility Project
Kath and Kim work together beautifully. Kath holds the stillness and Kim voices what arises out of that stillness. So it was Kim who spoke to us on Monday Night 1st August. She had been an Economics teacher for 20 years and greeted her Year 11 students with the Law of Economics which states that here on Earth we have limited resources with unlimited demands, this she realised is the Law of Scarcity. As her mindset changed and she realised that there is always enough she left teaching and one day went to India with Kath. It was there in the slums of India she found that “One’s humanity is far more powerful than one’s expertise”.
Kim shared with us what she had learnt in India – the difference between compassion and pity – how the mind judges ‘this is good, this is bad’ and how we have to learn to ‘witness’ and not judge. So much she and Kath learnt from the wonderful women in the slums of India. They saw their hidden talents and brought them to the surface and created clothing from worn-out saris and started a factory for making sanitary napkins out of old cloths which not only employed people but helped the women. As Kim and Kath would say, there is always enough.
India brought out in them, the Truth, that there is no difference at all between people, and they learnt the difference between helping and serving. Helping is seeing others as less than yourself in a state of need, whilst serving is serving the whole in mankind. Service requires surrender, mystery and awe.
Kath and Kim delighted us all by showing us samples of the clothing and other articles that was made in India by these women and told us that they were all on their web site for sale. Do have a look and see what can be achieved when the world thinks you have nothing. Click here to view.

HEALTH TIP – Why People Should Eat More Purple Fruits & Vegetables
The top benefactor in purple foods is their antioxidant content. The powerful health benefits of antioxidants are only too well known: they neutralize the agents of aging and disease, and keep you looking younger longer
Prunes, purple cabbage, eggplant, blackberries, black currants, purple onions, concord grapes: all of these have a natural purple pigment that contains flavonoids, including reservatrol, which keeps blood pressure in control and boosts immunity from certain cancers. The skin of a black grape, for example, has this pigment, called anthocyanin. In cranberries, the purple pigment is seen to benefit those suffering from infections of the urinary tract.
There is evidence that purple foods improve heart health, vision, and brain power. Recent studies found that adults who eat purple and blue fruits and vegetables have reduced risk for both high blood pressure and low HDL cholesterol (the “good” kind); they are also less likely to be overweight.
