Although we are getting used to switching off the News because it is so negative, it is important to know what is going on. Water is given to us freely from God, it is everyone’s right to have access to clean drinking water. It brought tears to my eyes to think of them standing there is the freezing water sending love and being sprayed with Capsicum sprays in return. Water is Life. In Dakota of course they need many things to get them through their fight for Mother Earth – money, warm clothes, prayer. At this time, many people throughout the world are in need. Look around and see how you can help. It can be as simple as smiling or saying a kind word. It can take more of a commitment – your time or money. Connect and make a difference.

Come along, turn up to sit or lie down in the wonderful sacred geometry of the Grand Hall to surrender, bliss out and receive sound vibrations THAT MAY TAKE YOU OUT OF BODY!?
Tonight you will be bathed with the extraordinary sounds of Didgeridoo (Marc ‘Kundalini’), Crystal Bowls (Jewels Wakeman), Gongs, Tibetan Bowls, Bells and Chimes (John Butterworth) plus the voices of Ellie Francis and Jewels Wakeman.
By surrendering, with a quiet mind, to the sound of the giant gongs, bowls, didgeridoo and other musical instruments, the natural intelligence of our body can entrain back to a state of wellbeing.? It is then up to you to maintain that state by modifying what you think and consume.
Everything in creation has its own natural rate of vibration which can be accelerated or decreased by other sources of vibration by the scientific law of sympathetic resonance or entrainment.
Bring a rug/blanket and pillow to lie down or sit as you allow your body to be immersed in these wonderful therapeutic and consciousness-expanding sound waves.
The cells of our bodies tune into these beautiful sounds and release toxins embedded thought patterns that no longer serve us and the result is that we feel rested relaxed, CLEANSED and REJEVENATED.
Just as a piano tuner is called in to tune up a Steinway to keep it playing in tune with creation so our bodies need to be ”tuned up” so that each organ of our body knows it is supported and loved, knows it’s place in the scheme of things and is in oneness with all creation.

CHRISTMAS MEDITATION AND GRATITUDE
How wonderful it would be if you all came. There will be a meditation and Rosemary will do a chakra clearing and balancing during which Terri will bowl us, to align us for Christmas. If we are very lucky the angels might come through and give us some Christmas messages. This is the final Meeting for 2016 for the Academy of Light. You might like to bring a small plate if you can, to share and we will finish a little bit earlier so we can share a conversation and laughter together before closing.
It is the end of a 9 year which means completion. Thinking about this brings so much gratitude with it and the mind wonders to the long history of the Academy. Over 20 years it has been presenting other people’s work, to help spread the Light by bringing to the public new information and new ways of living in good health, peace and harmony. We thank all the Presenters and their wonderful contribution to spreading the Light and would love them to come on this night and offer their products for sale. Together with the Academy’s products we can really fill Christmas Stockings.
At one stage the Academy had 7 branches operating, Neutral Bay, Marrickville, Bondi, Narrabeen, Avalon, Arcadia and Byron Bay. We would like to acknowledge all the people that ran those branches, giving their time and energy. We musn’t forget the magazine, ShiningBRIGHT and the whole office team that worked tirelessly. What a team it was. Love and gratitude to all those people, what wonderful work they did, past and present and I am sure they continue to do so in their own fields now.
2017 is a 1 year and with it comes major changes. Change in our own lives and also in the Academy’s. We are very excited about the change. Everyone, we feel has enough information, so now we are looking for Leaders. We invite people to come forward if they would like to run a healing circle or have other ideas about what is needed. So you can see things are happening although we are not sure what it looks like yet.

In and Around the Academy

Reunion of the Heart with Nancy Valentine Smith.
Advice for the next three months and activations for different areas of the body was the main focus last night. The incredible energy that Nancy brings through was really appreciated by us all. We partnered up and were given three exercises to do whilst Nancy toned in the energies. I felt at one stage fear, which had been in my heart, break up into little pieces and ran down the body and out the feet hopefully to be transformed in the earth.
Nancy tallked a lot about fear which she said is rising in most of us at this time. She said it is just fear, there is no story with it and it comes up because that is what it is meant to do – to be transformed. One minute you can feel on top of the world, centred and openhearted whilst the next someone will push your buttons and you are in overwhelm. She said she knows this, because it is also happening to her. I thought she had read my energy because it is exactly what is happening at the moment to me as well.
She talked a lot about the coming changes in the next three months and the challenges. It is a time she said when we pull out all our tools and use them daily. An example of this was when I burst into tears on Monday morning as something seemed so big and I felt overwhelmed but I picked up the phone and rang a friend. Of course, she gave me back exactly what I would have told a client myself, to ask where is my heart now, breathe, and my husband asked me where was my compassion which seemed to have disappeared in that moment with my anger. Their help was tremendous and immediately after I got of the phone I used (breathing consciously) the White Rose spray which I created from the Grail Haven White Rose Essence and put on Dr & Master Sha’s Peace, Love and Harmony CD and within a few minutes I was peaceful, calm and back in my power and felt in harmony.
As always, my thoughts were real for me at the time, but upon seeing them I was able to consciously acknowledge them and actively do something to change my reality.
Good news everyone. Nancy has agreed to come back in February.
Remember also that the sound night that is on next week is not just entertainment. It’s prime purpose is to help strengthen and clear your energy.

She gives a wonderful practical demonstration, not just words, of how she healed her back pain, how to injest the knowledge and release the emotions that cause illness and explains the time it can take.
