The music night was beautiful. I was so sorry you missed it. The musicians responded to our invitation, the Great Hall with its magic ambience was filled with uplifting energy, the only thing missing was you.
The Academy is looking for ways to help lift your vibration and support you week to week, day to day, moment to moment. Please let us know how we may best serve you. We are open to suggestions, guidance and experience.
It was great to hear that the Embrace Life, Live Life Expo in North Sydney on the weekend was a big success. Over 500 people went through the doors. Fantastic!
Health – All Of Your Emotions Are Perfect
Thoughts and emotions are very often recurring. That’s great if those emotions are joy and bliss but for most they are more likely to be fear based, driven by unconscious beliefs, memories and patterns. It is those aspects held at the unconscious level that are at the core of self sabotaging behaviour in all areas of life, including your health. By their very nature they lower your vibratory level and so your body and circumstances reflect that vibration.
However, all of your emotions are perfect and have their purpose. They are the essence of experience and to be cherished. The difficulty arises when you turn away from those emotions, push them down or react to them. This, not the feeling itself, is what causes pain. The secret to allowing those emotions to serve their purpose and be released is to allow yourself to feel them. Just as when you laugh you open your heart and release energy, so it can be with the emotions you bottle up.
So this week, find a place to sit quietly. Identify what it is you fear or are holding onto. Acknowledge that you are the co-creator of that event and those emotions, release all judgement, and embrace the emotions you have been refusing to feel. Choose to love and have compassion for all of who you are. Stay in your heart and allow the past to be transmuted.
If ever there was one thing that changes everything, this is it.

Soul Retrieval Ceremony
The Academy has found when there has been disasters, many of those who have died suddenly do not realise that they are dead and therefore are lost and have not gone to the Light. In the past, to help those souls ‘cross over’, the Academy has held special Soul Retrieval Ceremonies where it called in the Masters and formed a circle of Light and asked those that were lost to come into our circle and be taken to the Light.
These events were a beautiful loving experience for all those involved.
At this time, where there are many people dying in similar circumstances, we have been guided to hold this ceremony again.
So if your heart feels called, please come along and join our circle in Ceremony to help these men, women and children go to the Light. It is a wonderful way to express your love in service.
Please bring a flower.
