Simon Hollington – Heart Based Conscious Living

Heart shaman, yogi and meditation teacher Simon Hollington enlightened a packed audience at the Academy of Light with his wisdom on heart-based consciousness.
 “It’s time to come home to yourself “ explains Simon. As we move into ascension and the fifth dimension, it is now crucial for the heart, not the mind, to play a dominant role in our lives.
Researchers at the HeartMath Institute have shown that the heart has an intelligence of its own and is not just limited to pumping blood. The heart has 40,000 nerve cells and plays a major role in our perception of reality.
It all starts with self love. How often do you express love to yourself? It is such a simple process, yet we fill our minds with self critical thoughts and we become our own worst enemies. “It is time to become love in every moment.”
“We need to remove the blockages that stop us from becoming who we really are. Self awareness is the key to higher conscious living.”
Simon led the group on a powerful healing heart meditation, during which the energy in the room became lighter and more expansive. After the meditation, we were given the opportunity to talk and some people shared that they had experienced a heart opening.
Simon works closely with indigenous people and was initiated on vortex energy lines. “Meditating at vortex lines can be highly transformational.“

Jason Snaddon – The Abundance Activator

Jason’s spiritual & personal growth journey started in 2005 when he learned that our focus creates our reality and the power of intention especially when it is created from a state of presence. He became really aware of how much he had been focusing on what he did not want so he got clear on what he truly wanted, from his own truth.
