What a different night our Sound Evening was last Monday Night. As a beautiful Swedish lady shared her experience with me, “the energy”, she said, “was so incredible soft and gentle as Anup played his singing bowls that at first the mind wanted to resist it because it was so different from the day’s noisy environment of city life, but then as Anup went around and bowled each person quietly, the mind relaxed and opened up to receive”. The softness of the energy seemed to heal and rejuvenate us all. Thank you Anup!

It was also good to hear that so many of you went to the Festival of Dreams. Terri said she saw so many of the Academy community there having a wonderful time.
Mark your diaries for the 21st September which is World Peace Day and the Sydney Peace Festival at the Bondi Pavilion. In PEACE we stand UNITED. Also the 22nd – 24th November for John of God at the Sydney Showground at Sydney Olympic Park. Two not-to-be missed events.
Health – Eat Your Way To Better Health
Although many of us eat our daily 5 portions of vegetables in listening to the attached YouTube titled #1 Anticancer Vegetable it was amazing to find what makes a difference to our cells. This 9 minute clip shows there are two superfood classes of vegetables – cruciferous and allium – that are most adept at blocking human cancer cell growth in a petri dish. Cruciferous includes such things as Broccoli, Kale and Brussel Sprouts whereas Allium includes garlic, onion and leek. Do you include them in your diet?

A PREPARATION FOR THE ‘DARK MOON CEREMONY’
Higher frequencies of healing Light are continuing to flow onto Earth intensifying its magnetic field. This involves us getting a new language, a language of Light.
Whenever your mind does not know the meaning of a word(s) it does not allow it in! This block keeps you small.

What the ‘Dark Moon’ is; what are Higher Energies; what is preventing our bodies from receiving and working with Higher Frequencies of Light; why do we need to do ceremonies before we can do our purpose?

Antahkarana, Rainbow Bridge, Pranic cord, Metatronic Energy, Ascension, Light Codes, Vortexes, etc.
Narelle Green – www.soulcolour.com, who has been initiated by Ekaterina following the ‘Sophia Ceremony’ last month to step into the role of ‘High Priestess’, together with the assistance of Julia Smith – www.innertranquillity.com.au and Diana del Principio will help clear our minds and prepare our bodies to receive the ‘Ceremony of the Dark Moon’ on 24th September. This ceremony is to follow on from the Sophia Ceremony which is NOT a prerequisite for the Dark Moon ceremony.
The Dark Moon on the 24th September coincides with the Equinox – a double whammy of incoming energies. Different phases of the Moon, each empowering and recharging us in different ways effect our magnetic field, our Aura or Light Body charging us with higher vibrations and assisting us to evolve faster in new and enlightening ways and move with ease and grace through these intense and challenging times.
