Transforming the World With Colour
Jodie Williams, Nobel Laureate, quoted the Dalai Lama who said “Change only takes place through action, not through meditation and prayer alone.” This TED talk is action in full flight. Titled Haas&Hahn: How painting can transform communities shows artists Jeroen Koolhaas and Dre Urhahn creating community art by painting entire neighborhoods, and involving those who live there — from the favelas of Rio to the streets of North Philadelphia. Their idea organically grew and became crowd funded and the neighborhood barbecue was at the centre of it all. You Can Transform Now!
Debbie Ford in the movie People v. The State of Illusion says transformation can occcur in literally seconds. She reminds us that it doesn’t necessarily take 10 years of therapy or self discovery to remove the past to transform. Do you believe what your mind is telling you? Are you buying into this illusion? By not buying into it you get the opportunity to transform. Monday Nights at Mosman Arts & Community Centre

Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to unite, send Light and Love to our family, those in need and especially ourselves. The evening always begins with a meditation followed by a guest speaker. By attending or linking up with our weekly Monday night gatherings you will not only meet likeminded people, be in group energy and rest your mind, you will also raise your vibration and consciousness setting yourself up for the week ahead. Many of us call on the Angels and Arch Angels for their guidance, light and protection every day and they are always there to help us. Let’s celebrate this wonderful service they provide as well as send them our heartfelt THANKS for all they do.
- Let us celebrate with some lightness and laughter all the ways the Angels help us every day.
- There will be some Angel Card readings and the opportunity for the group to participate in doing a short reading for each other!
- Bring along items such as a flower, angel statue or crystals to form part of an Angel ceremonial layout in the centre of the circle which we will offer to the Angels as a token of our gratitude.
- A meditation to tune into the Angelic realms and connect in with Angelic Light and Love.
Crystals will be available on the night to purchase for yourself or to give as Christmas gifts.

In and Around the Academy
Although I wasn’t there on Monday Night (still recovering from John of God’s Spiritual Intervention), I heard on the grape vine that the music was soul renewing and nurturing as Suntara’s (Daniel Coates and Luke Brooks) music usually is. It was a wonderful night.
For those, like me, that were unable to attend on that night I would like to put here a quote from an email that we received this week.
For me, to call this a “newsletter” simply does not do it justice – it’s so much more – I think of it as a weekly “soul-letter”. This, and the intimate community of likeminded people involved in the Academy, support me like a mother ship towing a submarine. “
When we were checking the statistics for the Newsletter we found that 13% of the readers lived in the UK and 12% lived in the USA. It is wonderful to think of the Newsletter going globally. We wanted to share Elizabeth Gilbert’s article with you this week as the health tip. It really reasonates with us. she speaks about a friend who was sharing her joy in transformation. Here is an excerpt:
“But she had thrown away several giant black garbage bags of it, she said. Because many of those letters and photos and journals, it emerged in the conversation, were relics of her sad old failed relationships, or documents of bad times. She had been holding onto them the way we often do — as some sort of dutiful recording of her complete emotional history — but then she said, “I don’t want my house to be a museum to grief.”

The Circle of Light
This year the Sacred Ceremony meditation and ritual evenings presented by Circle of Light have been a great success and are getting more popular due to the beautiful healing energy that is invited into the meditation space as you simply relax, unwind and get in touch with your inner guidance.
During the full moon, we celebrate and give thanks, as we are empowered by higher spiritual energy to take control and make the changes we need for a more fulfilling life. It is the perfect time to release and breakthrough any limitations and fears that hold you back, creating the space and freedom to step into your power and purpose.
We also take this time to send healing light and gratitude to mother earth and all beings in the universe.
People have been most grateful for these evenings and report that they feel the powerful healing energies and it leaves them feeling more balanced, peaceful, uplifted, energized and extra clarity. Some people have also reported that they have felt their lives shift very quickly and noticed positive transformations manifesting even after just one evening.
This December Full Moon brings with it the opportunity to Change, Change, Change and as Albert Einstein once said, ‘the solution to a problem cannot be solved at the level of the problem’ we invite you to come and participate in higher energy and pure light that allows all of us to evolve in new and enlightening ways. We have found that higher energies assists with stress, depression, anxiety, fatigue, worry, confusion, relationship issues and so much more.
Together we can make a difference – when we come together in Sacred Ceremony the energy created carries everyone to greater heights than can be achieved alone.
