The foster father who cares when terminally ill kids who have no one!

Mohamed Bzeek, a former Lybian immigrant (in 1978) has become somewhat of a local hero in Los Angeles.
His life mission, that few others would consider as a foster parent who cares solely for terminally ill children. Mohamed with his wife have fostered over 30 children. Sadly his wife passed away 2 years ago but Mohamed continues to foster these children.

While resting and letting the sound swirl over you and through you, bring in conscious energy, i.e. Light from the Universe, ask your Higher Self what colour out of the White Light you need the most and allow the cells of your body to absorb it and let the Light go to the area of your body that needs it the most. By surrendering, with a quiet mind, to the sound of the giant gongs, bowls, didgeridoo and other musical instruments, the natural intelligence of our body can entrain back to a state of wellbeing. It is then up to you to maintain that state by modifying what you think and consume.
Everything in creation has its own natural rate of vibration which can be accelerated or decreased by other sources of vibration by the scientific law of sympathetic resonance or entrainment.
Bring a rug/blanket and pillow to lie down or sit as you allow your body to be immersed in these wonderful therapeutic and consciousness-expanding sound waves
The cells of our bodies tune into these beautiful sounds and release toxins embedded thought patterns that no longer serve us and the result is that we feel rested relaxed, CLEANSED and REJEVENATED.
Just as a piano tuner is called in to tune up a Steinway to keep it playing in tune with creation so our bodies need to be ”tuned up” so that each organ of our body knows it is supported and loved, knows it’s place in the scheme of things and is in oneness with all creation.

The aim of this weeks newsletter is to take your focus to the happiness that always lies within you.
When you smile it connects you to your happiness. So smile as you do your work in your day, even smile at somebody that you don’t know while travelling on the bus or train. Your smile becomes a present to them. The reward is, it makes You feel better. Happiness is not outside you, it comes from within. When you smile it can be hard to be anxious and depressed at the same time.
The illusion is when the Media and everybody is talking about all the things that are wrong with the world or, we then feel we have to ‘fix’ it to be happy. However, when we connect to the happiness within, we step out of the illusion and realise there is nothing to fix. In a state of happiness everything is allowed to be just as it is and a solution comes from this automatically. As an affirmation say to yourself “All is well, life is good”.

We were most often taught that to love oneself is selfish, that we should love others rather tha ourselves. BUT, times are changing with the renewed awareness of the ONEness of all.
We are beginning to realise that it is most important to start loving the self so that we can more easily reach out and hold hands with all of humanity and life forms in love.

It is time now for releasing old energies of pain and patterns of thinking that have been accumulating within all aspects of your physical beingness. It is time to revert to being the love that you are. This love is your birthright as we are all direct family descendants from God/Source, carrying that spark of unconditional love within our hearts. So, learning to love oneself is a MAJOR step towards re-connecting with our God-self, and as we do so we are helping to bring this planet back to love and peace – person by person, community by community; country by country.

When you are in discomfort or are feeling disillusioned with your life and with yourself, be gentle with yourself and find a way to nurture your mind, body and spirit so that you can be the very best example of love and caring. Recently in meditation I was given the following beautiful and simple process to assist in bringing us back to love.

Imagine a large container of your own choosing and colour in front of you.
This container is filled with liquid love which could look like sparkling golden light or whatever colour/s you feel you’d like to envision,
The colours may change from day to day – just allow whatever is given.
There is a large ladle with this container.
Now dip your ladle into this liquid love and pour it over yourself, seeing it fill your body and aura and envision it changing your vibration back to love.
With each ladle of liquid love that you pour over yourself say the words “I love myself”, and
“I love who I am”.

FEEL the love vibrating through you and SMILE as you re-connect with the energies of it.
