Love was definitely in the air as Daniel Coates and Luke Brooks sung and played a host of musical instruments, to us while we blissed out for a whole hour, in the sacred space of the Great Hall at Mosman.
What a blessing these ‘sound’ evenings are. People came with blankets, pillows and rugs and made themselves comfortable as they lay on the floor as the music swelled over and around them.
It is important for our health and spiritual wellbeing to take time out for ourselves and rest in energy that also feeds our soul. Next week for instance, the Academy will be offering you the opportunity to feed your mind, cleanse your etheric body and open your heart to each other and give out Love.

Health – Chamomile
The small but beautiful chamomile flower grows wild in nearly all parts of the world. It is used in all forms of healing.
In homeopathy, Chamomilla, as it is called, is a treatment for the pain that results from various conditions. It is also effective for a range of children’s problems.
In herbalism, chamomile helps the digestive process and it is used to treat the stomach, liver, and lungs. It soothes the nerves quickly. High in calcium, it is easily assimilated by the body.
In aromatherapy, chamomile is used as an antidepressant and to reduce inflammation to sensitive skin. It is used for rashes, boils, sore muscles, tendons and joints, headaches, asthma, hemorrhoids, and enlarged veins.
Esoteric Meaning: Peace and Tranquillity.
Chamomile’s esoteric significance is tranquillity from overwrought and highly sensitive situations. It helps to reaffirm our spirituality and find peace no matter what the situation.

Monday Nights in Mosman
ALL WELCOME – ENJOY LOVE, LIGHT & LAUGHTER

Love is in the air…….. Love is the answer to your questions. Feeling loved is everyone’s true desire. Everything begins and ends with the heart. We will build a Web of Light together knowing that each matters. We will send Love to Mother Earth and the whole world, surrounding our current situation and relationships. When we pray for love to heal our situation, God sends angels to our side.
Feel your vibration being lifted in this space and take this energy with you out into your daily life for the week. Whenever you are feeling low through the week ahead take your mind back to this meditation space and feel your body respond to the higher vibration of the night.
