F.Y.I. – The Wonder Of It All
Acoustic Levitation Proved
When placed in an acoustic field, small objects experience a net force that can be used to levitate the objects in air. In a new study, researchers have experimentally demonstrated the acoustic levitation of a 50-mm (2-inch) solid polystyrene sphere using ultrasound—acoustic waves that are above the frequency of human hearing.
The demonstration is one of the first times that an object larger than the wavelength of the acoustic wave has been acoustically levitated. Previously, this has been achieved only for a few specific cases, such as wire-like and planar objects. In the new study, the levitated sphere is 3.6 times larger than the 14-mm acoustic wavelength used here.

The Power of Sound
with John Levine Monday 22nd August.
To hear someone’s story of why and how they created what they have, always gives you such a better understanding and that is what I experienced last night in listening to John Levine’s story of how he created his Alpha Music. Although the process, when you are working with Spirit as John was, is exceptionally easy, the journey to get to that point sometimes takes years and has plenty of down times. The time when John, in a sound recording studio, in Brookvale, Sydney, brought through Silence of Peace, until he was ‘ready’ and living in Poland, for it to be professionally turned into an Album was a period of 17 years.
I had opened the evening as usual, but did not lead the meditation, instead we had asked John to play the grand piano (which is in the Grand Hall) and take us into a deep meditation. This he did. His music took us so deep, it seemed, as he played each note, we went deeper and deeper. A man by the name Laanto, came up to me and explained that during the meditation a rainbow had shafted him through his heart, opening it up and then circles of rainbows appeared. He said it was an amazing experience and he thanked John Levine very much.
John had explained to us that what he had learnt was that the first take, when recording, was the perfect one. It was the one that was filled with Spirit and the one that must be used for the Album. He said, when playing he set the intention, then went into a deep meditation whilst playing, allowing the fingers to play each Light-filled note.
As each Album came through, John’s success grew. Doctors, dentists and therapists began using his music. He was interviewed by the BBC and an American newspaper wrote an article about the healing, balancing effects of Alpha music, music that altered the brainwave patterns.
Silence of Heart, Silence of Love and Silence of Peace are firm favourites of mine as I use them regaularly in my healing room but John played Silence of Vision as background music while he talked and after feeling the effects of that, the stillness I experience, I now have another favourite to include in my list.
For children, to help them feel loved and be calm and creative during the day, John suggests Alphamusic at Play and to sleep My Little Sea Shell.

Clarity in this month, is to be clear within, holding no distractions of less than, better than, of any of the old stuff that keeps you in a loop. Being aware is enough to start the “unplugging” when it comes up. (In other words – no judgements)
Forgiveness – no longer being attached to the should and shouldn’t. Forgiveness is the big one, because it allows yourself to move on without any attachments to outcomes, to experiences. It brings in an opening of these portals of creation. (If you have trouble with forgiveness, just see how you have grown from the situation and then you can thank it – and then no forgiveness is needed only gratitude for what you have learnt….Rosemary).

HEALTH TIP – APPETISING SNACK BITES
These healthy snack bites can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge when you get that ‘grazing’ feeling.
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1 cup unsweetened coconut lightly toasted
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
1 drop cinnamon bark essential oil
23 grams dark chocolate (70%)
Method:
- Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl
- Let harden in refridgerator for 10 -20 minutes before forming in 2.5 cm balls
- Store in an airtight container in the refridgerator.
Tip. When using essential oils – start with a small amount then increase until you have desired flavour……Young Living
