Previous Event: Harmonise Your Nervous System & Raise Your Vibration with Anick Patry
What a wonderful, joyous and uplifting evening we had at our last event! Our guest speaker was Anick Patry. She is an Intuitive business mentor, TEDXSpeaker, Voice healer and Author of the book ‘Visionary’. The evening was about harmonising and calming the nervous system, which is very much needed by many of us these days. She gave us tips on how to raise our vibration. We did that through fun exercises; like riding our motor bikes up and downhill and using the muscles in our face to release tension. This was done all in the comfort of our own homes, which made it a bit easier maybe for self-conscious people. Life can be a struggle at times, certainly in this current climate it has never been more challenging; but what I learned from the evening was that it doesn’t have to be dark and depressing. We can actually have fun healing ourselves through experiential learning, which is what Anick taught us, through mind, body and spirit. The evening was topped off by a lovely visualisation of how we can manifest what our heart is desiring with Anick toning and Paulien playing a crystal bowl.

Meet this amazing woman, Clare, who took in 21 children from refugee children from Bosnia. With the help of a local 16 year old Bosnian girl, who was able to translate the children’s stories and help to re-unite them with their mothers.
