In and Around the Academy with Paulien Gort
First of all a very Happy New Year full of inspiration and joy!
As you may have read in our last newsletter on the 14th December, there have been quite a few changes at the Academy.
We’ve decided to reduce the Monday nights to two a month, being the second and the fourth Monday of the month because Deborah, Jax and Robbie resigned from the committee due to commitments elsewhere. At the moment there are only two of us left in the Committee myself and Debbie Shulz. We are desperately looking for people to join us in organising the Monday nights. We are happy with any help we can get. It can be in supporting us during the night, with setting up the space, or leading a meditation. Or maybe you’d like to help out in finding interesting speakers.
We really like to keep going because over the years such a wonderful community has emerged and Debbie and I don’t want that to disappear! The Monday nights are always uplifting and interesting with lots of new knowledge to be discovered. So I’m calling out to you beautiful community to have a think about getting involved in the AOL in whatever way you would like because we can’t keep doing this just the two of us for very long. Together we will create a beautiful soundscape for you making you float away into different realms and facilitating healing on every level. The cells of your body will be saturated with healing frequencies and will activate the innate healing intelligence of your body helping you into a state of wellbeing.
**Bring a rug/blanket and pillow to lie down or sit as you allow your body to be immersed in these wonderful therapeutic and consciousness-expanding sound waves.**
