AOL Bulletin - 14th December 2017 - Merry Christmas

The aim of this week’s newsletter is to remind you to have a joyous Christmas and beautiful start to 2018

Dearest AOL members,

The AOL was very blessed indeed to be part of such a meaningful and moving last gathering for 2017. Rosemary gave an inspiring and uplifting talk on living from love. Being love. Particularly meaningful when Rosemary emanates so much light, living from love herself. This was followed by John’s gong bath that filled the room with vibrations of joy. Thank you to you both for giving all that attended the Academy, the opportunity to join in such a profound experience.

Sadly I am announcing that myself, Jax and Robbie will stepping down from our AOL committee positions as of the end of 2017. While all of us are passionate about the committee, we have other commitments which will require much of our attention during 2018. The Academy is looking for new committee members to take on the positions of President, Secretary and Public Officer. The Committee is a small dedicated group of people committed to bringing events that inspire and support people on their spiritual journey. Being part of this work is highly rewarding given the opportunity to come together with like minded people who are making a difference in the world. For the time that your put into the academy, the rewards are great in the way that it will enrich your life on many levels as a result of the communion it brings.

The amount of time you commit to The Academy can be minimal as a volunteer, helping out here and there, as needed at events. As a Committee member, more time is required, however I assure you, that all committee members support each other, covering if you need to go away for extended periods of time, for example. I know that I will always joyously look back on my time as president, grateful for the learnings, personal development and most particularly for the people that I have met. The first event for next year will be held on Monday evening, 12 February 2018. We already have a wonderful line-up of talented, open hearted presenters that can transform and enrich your life. AOL events will be held next year fortnightly on Monday evenings, at the same venue, Mosman Community Centre and Art Gallery.
Thank you for all your support while I have been at the Academy. To Rosemary, John, Warren and Peggy whose warmth and grace have made my transition into and from the AOL a life-enhancing experience. To Jax, Paulien, Deb and Robbie who made the committee fun and enjoyable. To all the beautiful spirits that I have met during my time at the committee, thank you for your warmth, wisdom and grace. I’d like to give Bill a special mention, for his unwavering support to the Academy and beautiful presence.
On behalf of the Academy I’d like to with everyone a heartfelt, light-filled Merry Christmas and wonderful New Year, full of blessings, joy and bliss for 2018.

It has been my Joy to share in Ceremony and work on the Committee over these past few months – deep appreciation to the Beautiful Hearts in the Community that support the Academy and help us grow.

We all inspire each other to reach further – to dive deeper – and to discover aspects to ourselves we never knew existed. We expand exponentially within a collective and coming together is more important now than ever before.

GRAIL HAVEN ‘RAW’ WATER – HAND BOTTLED STRAIGHT FROM THE SPRINGS

Grail Haven bottled water has changed. It is no longer available in its present form. Should you want this unique and precious water there are two ways to obtain it. One is to make a pilgrimage to Mt Tamborine and collect the water. The other is to courier or post bottles to us to fill and we send them back to you. For instance, Ian White of the Australian Bush Flower Essences couriers amber glass bottles, we hand fill them and they are couriered back to him. This way you have the water straight from the springs as ‘raw’. For this we ask for a donation to the Grail Haven Not for Profit Fellowship. This money assists in maintaining Grail Haven as a place of beauty, peace, retreat and healing. Please contact us to order the water, the website no longer takes orders.
