It has been around for a while but when searching this week for something on Spiritual Love this stood out. One of the keys to making a difference is Forgiveness. Yes we know you’ve heard that before and yes we know it’s hard but, you know what, it makes a big difference. The unforgiving quality can consume you. It is what makes you sick. Notice particularly at this time if you have any judgements on what is going on in the world right now. It’s not just others that need forgiving you know. You need to forgive yourself. Can you do it? Good Morning
Nothing like a good meditation to start the day. Morning Meditation (Part 1) goes for just under 10 minutes and focuses on the Base and Sacral Chakras with words from Caroline Myss and sound by Kelly Howell. Caroline says that the Base is so important because it contains the Truth that all is One. It is of course also your connection with Mother Earth, your tribe and your community.
Her intention is for you to work consciously with your Spirit. It allows you to clear any fears you may have about potential coming events in your day. It helps you to find the deeper meaning – how you can learn and grow from the people that come into your life. Click here to change your day.

Most of you would be well aware that the Academy loves Soul Colour. Narelle Green has been part of our Academy community for some time and we always carry, use and sell her product – Soul Colour. As you allow yourself to be moved forward (think of floating on a river), you relax and thus can see more clearly what change must be made. Once in a while you might run into an eddy or a branch. That’s O.K. Just remove it and continue your forward momentum. “Row row row your boat gently down the stream, merrily merrily merrily life is but a dream.”

What a wonderful experience we all had on Monday with the Soul Retrieval night. About 20 of us set our intention to create a safe space, a Vortex of Light and Love and invited first the children, then ladies, then the men who had lost their lives and didn’t know that they were dead, or people who had not gone to the Light because of their attachment to loved ones and situations here on earth.
Annabela told us how she sent the Vortex to the sunflower fields in the Ukraine where the recent plane disaster occurred and saw the souls there eagerly going into the Light of the Vortex. Cathy astounded us all by saying in her experience people from as far back as World War I were also passing into this Light. Liliana said that peoples from the African continent also took advantage of this Vortex to be released into ‘freedom’. Peggy saw a beautiful spiral of Light climbing up into the heavens with all the souls ‘on board’ and in this spiral were many orbs of coloured lights surrounding these souls. Children who hesitated were greeted by Angels who took their hands and guided them into the overwhelming love that the Vortex of Light carried.
Russel said that he asked his guides whether he should come to the night and in the next minute or so his attention went to the TV because they were playing a song, in which the words were ….Going to Heaven on a boat…that was his sign and we were so glad he came because he channelled at the end of the night a beautiful master who thanked us all sincerely for the service we had just completed and told us how few people of the world do this service and so the impact on the earth is huge.
There were many other amazing experiences that those present saw or felt on this very loving evening. It has been decided that Soul Retrieval evenings will be held more regularly now. The next one will be on 20th October so please come and join us to create the circle.
Health – Follow Your Highest Joy
You are a vibratory being and your body and life experience is a manifestation of your vibration. Your vibration is a manifestation of the emotions you experience, generated by your heart and thinking. Louise Hay (You Can Heal Your Life) has spent a lifetime helping people radically change their health and life experience using these connections.
Science tells us that your cells function at their highest when emotions (and their associated neurochemicals) such as love, joy, bliss, appreciation and excitement are rushing through your body. The impact of these states can be profound. Anita Moorjani’s (Dying To Be Me) end-stage cancer disappeared after a near death experience. During her NDE she realised at a core level that she was love and need be nothing else than herself. In a moment her many fears dissolved and her cancer followed suit.
When you feel joy or excitement you are enhancing your well being. Not only that, you are aligning with your higher self and so your divine purpose or journey. So the health tip I have for you this week is to follow your highest joy or excitement in every moment of the day, no matter what you are doing. The more you approach and experience life through this lens, the more magical life becomes as your health and circumstances change to reflect your higher vibration. Moreover, following your highest joy is your purpose.
