As the earth has increased her vibration it is very necessary to increase your own.  You may have noticed increased challenges lately.  Many of the things you have delt with have come up again.  This is because of the raised frequencies coming onto the planet have found their way into your DNA and are prising them out, but the good news is that these challenges are only coming up so they can be finally released.  Do thank them each for their reappearance and mentally send them on their way and then turn your focus to one of gratitude for all that you have in your life….Rosemary

Why Is Earth’s Schumann Resonance Accelerating?

The Ancient Indian Rishis called 7.83 Hz the frequency of OM. It also happens to be Mother Earth’s natural heartbeat rhythm, known as the “Schumann Resonance.” According to Wikipedia, “Schumann resonances are global electromagnetic resonances, excited by lightning discharges in the cavity formed

For many years this resonance frequency has hovered at a steady 7.83 Hz with only slight variations. In June 2014 that apparently changed. Monitors at the Russian Space Observing System showed a sudden spike in activity to around 8.5 Hz. Since then, they have recorded days where the Schumann accelerated as fast as 16.5 Hz. (The graph is usually blue with some green, and no white.) At first they thought their equipment was malfunctioning, but later learned the data was accurate. The Power of Sound Healing

One of the greatest benefits of Sound Healing in my opinion is that it gets people out of there heads and into their bodies. It changes the brainwave state. I had a direct experience of this way back at the beginning of my Sound Healing journey. I was at the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland where I met a young lady called Rosarmy. There was a beautiful connection between us but I kept thinking of all the reasons why we shouldn’t be together. I told myself, “She is from Venezuela, and you are going home to Australia, forget about it”. After the week together in Findhorn, we both went back to London and I didn’t contact her for 2 ½ months.I went to Oxford to have a one on one Sound Healing session with my teacher Alexander Massey. Alexander used his deep resonant voice over my body for 1 ½ hours creating a deep peace and stillness. I left that session with Alexander and immediately called Rosarmy. The Sound Healing had created a space where my mind chatter was silent for long enough for my heart to speak. We got together and have now been together for 9 years and have twin 6 year olds. Master Robyn will be sharing a new focus that has come from Dr. & Master Sha’s teachings. It is one of rejuvenation and how easily it can be accomplised.

The aging process brings with it all sorts of problems. What if it doesn’t have to be a downward journey? What if we can renew ourselves. It is said that the mind being constantly full of our thoughts is what ages us. Dr. Sha has shared with his Masters how to empty the mind and during this time rejuventation takes place so join us as Master Robyn will teach us how to do it, so we can practice this simple exercise daily.

In and Around the Academy

On Monday night with the consummate skill of a seasoned presenter who has vast experience in, and passion for, his topic, Patrick Kayrooz commenced by explaining how this fascinating geometric pattern is apparently thousands of years old and still used by the Sufis today. He teaches that there are 3 centres of intelligence: the head, heart and gut – and claims that each human being acts from predominantly one of these more than the other 2.

Laid out on the floor in the centre of those present was a 3m square cloth depicting the Enneagram which was the centre of focus for the evening. The 3 centres were identified around the perimeter and each is further subdivided into 3 characteristics/personality types eg  ‘Heart’ encompasses ‘Helper’,’ Creative’, and ‘Performer’.

Patrick invites each of us to constantly be aware of : “Why we do what we do” for instance, if you are a gut person you might be a perfectionist and that is why you always see the world that way and get angry when it is not perfect. He suggests that each time we are presented with a situation needing our action, we pause, breathe, observe and then allow a conscious ‘response’ rather than just a ‘reaction’ – and that, in this, there is the potential for freedom from repetitive, unconscious patterns of reaction.

He then had us walk to where on the perimeter of the Enneagram we believed that each of us most strongly identify: what was fascinating is that there was no one there who identified with ‘Head’! He helped us to deeply consider why we were standing where we were and how this could make us more aware of what motivates each of us.  We all wished we had longer to explore the enneagram as we could see there was so much more to learn and every bit would help us understand why we react the way we do and therefore give us the choice to come out of our shadow and into the ‘sun’.

HEALTH TIP – Droopy Eyelids and Dark Circles.

Tired of having dark circles under your eyes.  Surprisingly, the real culprit could be too much sugar –  it is not just caused from lack of sleep!  We already know that sugar is not good for our waistline and overall health but recent studies have now shown that sugar has a dramatic affect on our skin expecially around the sentive eye areas.

Excess sugar in your body sticks onto structural skin proteins like collagen and elastin leaving them highly inflamed and weakened making them form pools under the eyes.  So cutting back on sugar may just help immensely.
