The aim of this week’s newsletter is to remind you to find what makes your heart sing

Hello to our dear AOL members,

I am hoping that you all had a light-filled long weekend and are feeling refreshed leading up to what is often a busy time leading up to Christmas.

Remember to breathe and rest in the support by your guides, internal wisdom and Gaia during this time. We are all supported all the time, we just have to remember!

I am looking forward to meeting with as many of you who can make it for my talk of one of my favourite topics Bliss Every Day – the journey to well-being and happiness.

The committee, including myself, where overjoyed at the response to the Spring Equinox Celebration by Jax Goldhawk and Julia Smith. The spirit, joy and the sharing in the room was heart-warming and we look forward to creating beautiful sacred spaces going forward. This would not have been possible without your contributions and divine energy. We are all most grateful.

Is it possible and if so how? Is is sustainable. How do we overcome common issues such at trust, anger, loneliness, stress, depression and anxiety that plague our world today?

Depression is currently the worlds leading disability according to the World Health Organisation. How do we make depression a thing of the past, in the way that people no longer suffer from small-pox?

Anything is possible when there is a concentrated group of people focused on the same results and a plan in how to do so. I have been studying this work for 30 years and am delighted to join with you to share ideas in how we can take humanity forward.

During the night I will be presenting philosophies around:

How to make peace with the past
Going beyond right and wrong
How to respond rather than react
Relating heart to heart

SPRING EQUINOX FLÖWER OFFERING – PART ii

On Saturday morning the Flower Offering from the collective Mandala last Monday night was gently offered to the Waters & to the Earth at a Sacred Waterfall in the Northern Beaches region of Sydney – the Waterfall was just a trickle instead of a flow and highlighted the need for our Prayers to restore the Balance for our Beloved Gaia. In 5 years I have never seen the levels so low.

The Timing of this Offering is no accident.

As Sacred Sounds were reverently offered, the Spirit of the Earth manifested in my Inner Sight in the form of tender Green Tendrils, gently & purposefully reaching out & seeking – like slender fingers – to touch the Hearts of Those whose Prayers had been gifted.

The Earth Energy was tracking back along the Heart streams of the Individual Prayers to specifically find each one and wrapping those Tendrils around their Hearts in a delicate filigree pattern – claiming that Beloved Human Earth Child as Her own. Gaia knows each of these Hearts more intimately now. This is how Personal & Profound these Prayers are. Deepest Gratitude for the opportunity to share Our Heart Light and experience this response. It was moving beyond Words. Know how Powerful You are and how much Your Earth Offerings matter.
