F.Y.I. – Set the Intention and go for it!
OK people, we all know that 2012 is just around the corner. What do you want your universe to look like? Think big, think in a state of oneness, expand your mind!! What brings you JOY? What are you passionate about? Why aren’t you living and being this way?
The first Wednesday of every month we are giving you a story. This months story is about following your intuition which at times can be very frightening but in so doing it can take you to wonderful places, giving you amazing experiences that you wouldn’t normally have the opportunity to have! We trust that you will enjoy Rosemary’s story as she nervously followed her heart and didn’t listen to her logical mind (or anyone else’s)!
ARE YOU GAME?
Following your intuition can be nerve racking to say the least. The following is a story of a happening when I followed my intuition and entered a world where logic no longer applied and I embarked upon a journey that made no sense to anyone – least of all to me. It is a story of the journey and miracle that ensued because I did. I hope this little story will act as an inspiration to others to follow their intuition (heart) not listen to their logical mind and step into the Now. (click here to read more)

Health tip -Solutions for your digestion (over Christmas).

Remember to:
* Slow down! Chew your food.
* Include fats, and/or protein with each meal as you are likely to eat less and be satisfied and with less total food for that meal, than if you simply eat carbohydrates on their own.
* Eat less. Reduce your portion size by one quarter, especially in the evening if you overeat – and see how you feel.
Understanding your digestive

* Wake you stomach acid up before you eat by using lemon juice water or apple cider vinegar before meals, breakfast in particular.
* Drink water between meals, not with meals.

This Monday Night, the 12th December is the last meeting of the Academy for 2011. During the holiday break, remember we are all part of a community of Light. Remember as often as you can to say “I Am the Light”. Keep your heart shining and warm like a sun, sending rays of Light to your family and friends and especially to yourself. Remember what the Christ said, “You are in the world but not of it.” The substance we are of is ‘Light’.
Be happy and keep your energy high by using all the tips and practices that we have been shown and learnt. By using the tools we will feel supported and be able to maintain our energy.
Be open and expand your mind to go into a higher frequency. Be aware of your agenda and your choices and where they will lead you. Watch your thoughts and actions. Be Love and Light and have fun.

Neutral Bay Monday Nights

Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to unite, send Light and Love to our family, those in need and especially ourselves. The evening always begins with a meditation followed by a speaker. See below for the next two weeks topics.

MONDAY 12th DECEMBER
JASON SNADDON – THE MIDAS TOUCH.
Tonight I will be speaking about Abundance, manifesting it, using intuition, and taking leaps of faith. I will share my personal story of Abundance. I will share what I do to create abundance in my life and lead an abundance manifestation meditation at the end of my talk.
My intention is that the audience will have something woken within them and at the very least come away inspired and feeling abundant.
Jason Snaddon is the Managing Director of a Real Estate business Love Property he has also recently served on the Board of the SGLBA and is the Managing Director of Shine Sydney 2012. He has created and manifested an abundant life and has recently taken a giant leap of faith to follow his purpose and his abundance.
