Health tip
from Accidentally Overweight by Dr. Libby Weaver.
Worry can very slowly and subtly change your metabolism to one of fat storage. If you have had a high level or cortisol output for many, many years, your adrenal glands may not be able to stand the tension. In general terms, you ‘burn out’. In more recent times, this has become known as adrenal fatigue because the major symptom is a deep and unrelenting fatigue.
Cortisol is supposed to be high in the morning, and ideal amounts help you bounce out of bed. It plays a role in how vital you feel and helps the body combat any inflammatory processes that want to kick in. Stiffness is a key symptom of adrenal fatigue. For those with chronic stress, morning cortisol levels tend to be low and it can be very difficult to get out of bed with such low levels. For an adrenally fatigued person, cortisol is nice and low in the evenings, but if your don’t go to bed before 10pm, you will typically get a second wind, and it will be much harder for you to fall asleep if you’re still up at midnight.

Aborginal Healer and Bundjalung Elder, Gerry Bostock is back in Sydney for a short stay. Gerry came to visit me yesterday and he told me of a healing he did on a woman who had been taken to a psychiatric hospital. The woman had been telling people that aliens were coming for her. When Gerry arrived the doctors asked to speak with him privately. There, they told him that they didn’t think that Faith Healing would help her and she needed to be committed. However, Gerry went ahead anyway. What he told me was that he found her nervous system was breaking down, the cause was in this case, her spleen. This was giving rise to the feeling that she had something crawling under her skin a little like an overdose of alcohol can give you the D.T.’s. Gerry was able to restore her nervous system and the woman was well enough to leave the hospital. You can imagine how grateful the woman was.
Gerry also been doing phone session healings from as far away as Alaska that have been very successful.

The Australian Aborigine say they began from here, meaning Australia, and that they travelled out from this land. It is in their Dreaming.
They also have Dreaming stories that say the 8th sister from the Pleiades (Seven Sisters) will one day return when the time was right.
One day I was asked to mind a Aboriginal sacred Alcheringa Stone wrapped in paperbark, that came from the stars and which I intuitively knew I was never to open. Sitting with the Stone, I was overlighted with a bright-blue light that raised my consciousness, prompting me to write about some of Earth’s Evolution and its connection to Uluru. As a result a book was written that led me to meet a Bundjalung tribal elder who took a group of us to the site of hieroglyphs cut into stone at Kariong, near the Kuringai NationalPark.
Please come and listen to the extraordinary experience we had that day and how knowledge was given of how the First Humans were created nearly a millionyears ago. Hundreds of others have since remembered that story from their Cosmic Consciousness.
Our Bundjalung friend tells us that as a boy sitting around a campfire his grandmother would point to the group of stars known as the Seven Sisters in the Sky and say, “That is where our ancestors came from.” It is interesting that Kuringai means ‘first people’ and is why Aborigines on the Eastern board of Oz like to be referred to as ‘Kuri.’
