Either you run the day or the day runs you! Give yourself a break and stop listening to the chatter in your head. Use the traffic lights to advantage. Every time you get to a red light, practice taking a deep breath and ground yourself. Give your mind a rest.

F.Y.I. – Another Key
‘As we grow and learn more we are given the keys to unlock the Door of Understanding. We can appreciate knowledge broken into pieces, fed to us when we are ready. The knowledge of the West, East and Middle East needs to come together as one. The Scientific (The Laws of the Universe) and Spiritual (about the Father Universes – all Universes, the Adam Kadman) must be combined. We have to go back to the original blueprint.’ This is an excerpt of a channelling from Master Korton that Rosemary Butterworth did on Friday, 2nd September.
As things come up for you again and again ask yourself ‘Am I clearing this through all time space, through all planes of existence. Am I clearing this at a Soul level?’

Health tip – a change of belief.
In order to lose weight FIRST we must be healthy. MOST people believe that to be healthy they need to lose weight. This is not the case.
One of the most successful ways to be healthy is to take extra good care of your liver.
The livers primary role is detoxification. Detoxification is a process that goes on inside us, all day every day, and is essentially a transformation process. Any substance that would be harmful to you if it were to accumulate in your body is changed by the liver into a less harmful form so it can be excreated safely from your body and removed forever. The choices we make influence how efficiently the liver is able to do it’s job.

Once again Mark Anthony wowed the audience with his rhetoric. The evening last Saturday in Forster was such a success and now Mark and his lovely wife Theresa are thinking of holding a retreat at Jacaranda Haven
Other Forster news
There are a group of people in Forster who came up from Sydney. They were part of the Academy in Sydney and were delighted when John and Rosemary set up Jacaranda Haven in Dyer’s Crossing. One of the people in the group, Jan Paton, joined University of the THIRD Age for seniors over 50.She started a puppet group which now has 15 members and they work voluntarily. They give performances to the preschools in Forster and performed in Taree at the Winter Festival, 2010.
This weekend they were presented with a Cultural AWARD from the Great Lakes Council for services to the community and the Performing Arts.

Spreading the Word of Colour!
Anjel OBryant (who spoke at Neutral Bay a few weeks ago) presented a paper at the National Colour Society Conference in Launceston, Tasmania last week called ‘The Future of Colour’. Anjel said the presenters of the conference were asked to assist in a project to design classic colours for the beautiful buildings in the city of Launceston.
Anjel was pictured on the front page of the Hobart Mercury with an internal article following about the electromagnetic energy of colour. One of Anjel’s favourite things is to encourage people to wear red undies to stimulate their brain.
Anjel’s book is now available through the Academy website.

Neutral Bay Monday Nights

Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to unite, send Light and Love to our family, those in need and especially ourselves. The evening always begins with a meditation followed by a speaker. See below for the next two weeks topics.

ROSEMARY BUTTERWORTH – GETTING BACK TO THE ORIGINAL BLUEPRINT
To be able to raise our vibration in Body and Mind it is necessary to go back to the Original Blueprint. How far have we come from the original design and workings of the human body? Can a body that is filled with synthetic or fabricated chemicals vibrate at a frequency high enough for us to go into a state of Love? The smell of food cooking once told the brain and the digestive system to get ready to eat but now with our busy lives and our desire for a quick meal we have lost the natural predigestive process. Once we took vitamin D from the sun and not from tablets. Tonight we will look at information that has recently come to hand of the importance of going back to basics and what that will mean to all of us.
Rosemary’s ability to give Angelic messages will be used on the night to give some people an idea of how to start to go back to their Original Blueprint of their body.

Just a note on last Monday’s speaker Ruth Rendely who introduced us to a Seraph. Everybody with no exception felt and could describe the energy of the Seraph. Ruth with the help of the Seraph wrote a book called Seraphim Blueprint which contains a story and beginning of Seraphim Blueprint Healing.
