HOW YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM AFFECTS YOUR HEALTH.
A part of our nervous system called the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS) becomes active when we truly rest. This is the ‘rest and repair’ arm of our nervous system. What you need to know is that if you do not lose weight from high-intensity exercise, it is likely that your sympathetic nervous system is dominant. (Flight and Fright – causing Adrenalin rushes).
The corner stone for adrenal support solutions is breathing. Breathing is the key to shifting our chemistry from fat storage to fat burning.

It is exciting to announce that we will be presenting TOM LESCHER from Hawaii on Monday Night, 19th September at the Academy Meeting.
Tom Lescher blends his rich intuitive insights with over 30 years of astrological background. Neutral Bay Monday Nights

Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to unite, send Light and Love to our family, those in need and especially ourselves. The evening always begins with a meditation followed by a speaker. See below for the next two weeks topics.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession $10.

RUTH RENDLEY- SERAPHIM BLUEPRINT: THE POWER OF ANGEL HEALING
In 2007 Ruth authored the book about the healing system she co-founded with a Seraph entitled: Seraphim Blueprint: The Power of Angel Healing, which is available on Amazon.com and has since been published in Japanese. Ruth has a devoted following on four continents, with about one hundred Seraphim Blueprint teachers trained in countries actively teaching in the U.S., Canada, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Italy, Germany, Belgium, New Zealand and Australia.
In her book on the Seraphim Blueprint, Ruth shares insights in her personal search for her real purpose in life. A Seraph recruited her for the mission of re=establishing human access to an ancient healing system that had been dormant for thousands of years Her first encounter with this Angel changed her life forever.
Her path included living in the United States, Japan and most recently Australia, as well as an essential trip to England. Ruth’s mission is to provide as many people as possible with the tools to raise their energetic vibrations with this very easy methodology.
Ruth has been a presenter in San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver as well as at the Sydney, Mind Body Spirit Festivals. She has appeared on television in America and Australia.

ROSEMARY BUTTERWORTH – GETTING BACK TO THE ORIGINAL BLUEPRINT
To be able to raise our vibration in Body and Mind it is necessary to go back to the Original Blueprint. How far have we come from the original design and workings of the human body? Can a body that is filled with synthetic or fabricated chemicals vibrate at a frequency high enough for us to go into a state of Love? The smell of food cooking once told the brain and the digestive system to get ready to eat but now with our busy lives and our desire for a quick meal we have lost the natural predigestive process. Once we took vitamin D from the sun and not from tablets. Tonight we will look at information that has recently come to hand of the importance of going back to basics and what that will mean to all of us.
Rosemary’s ability to give Angelic messages will be used on the night to give some people an idea of how to start to go back to their Original Blueprint of their body.
