We come at a time of great change. There is nothing to be fearful of. Many people are fearful of change. Change means things are different. Hold in your consciousness that change is for the better. Change will be for the Highest Good for all Souls everywhere – this can be manifested.
To make way for things for everyones Highest Good space has to be created. We ask you all to create space in your lives.
People seem to be getting busier. But this is the confusion arising from wanting to keep rather than letting go. They want to keep everything. They want to keep their stories. They want to keep their personality intact. They want to keep the things that have happened to them that make them different. They like the difference. All things must be let go off.
Now more than ever people are to let go of beliefs so they can rise to a state of Unity Consciousness and be the same. Unity in Diversity. It is possible.

Health tip
People that have workaholic tendancies don’t know how to stop and always have to make sure that everything gets done. Workaholics are going to have a lot of muscle problems.
If you have workaholic tendancies you may want to make sure that:
1. My muscles know how to rest
2. I know how to rest
3. I know how to receive love

In and Around The Academy

Each month Google Analytics send the Academy a report on how many hits the website has had. In looking through it I see that the USA has 50, India 29, United Kingdom 19, Indonesia, 14, Singapore 12, Canada 11, Brazil 11, Taiwan 11 and Germany 10.
Then a thought came in.
What if we get people from all over the world to say the same affirmation each day. What if together we create a global consciousness of goodness, Light and Love. All it would take is for everyone to read the Newsletter and see the Affirmation and say it everyday, then no matter what time of the day people’s focus and thoughts would be on Peace and Love.
Firstly, I am going to ask you to send the Newsletter to a friend who is overseas. Then we will ask John Steggles to put a blog onto the website asking for comments. Then we could have comments coming in. Then we would feel connected.

Neutral Bay Monday Nights

Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to unite, send Light and Love to our family, those in need and especially ourselves.

Earth Healing Meditation Focus with Patricia Athena and Jen Sedman
This session is about creating a sacred space to open up and experience healing for Self and the Earth through visualisation (amazing dolphin and whale images) and sound. With the Earth in a period of rapid and powerful change it is important to keep centred in our light bodies and in our heart and bring the higher vibrational energies into our being through powerful meditations and a focus of prayer.
This session is very focussed on our heart opening, balance and stillness through Kwan Yin Healing assisted by the dolphins and whales with appropriate sound vibrations. There will also be a strong focus of healing of the planet.
Sacred geometrical images will enhance this experience and give us an understanding of our Oneness with all life
