Let Monday nights at Neutral Bay and The Academy be the foundation of your new higher frequency. To maintain a high frequency your foundation needs to be strong. Come and connect to your higher self and leave pain and struggle behind. Remember when you are at a higher vibrational level negative emotions do not exist.
If you have missed coming to the Academy you really missed a blissful night of the sweetest, magical, singing as Leigh Surland’s Language of Light tones pitched perfectly to John Butterworth’s Tibetan bells, bowls and Indian drum. It was music from Heaven. People that were there have asked for this event to be repeated.
Last Monday’s speaker, Petra Lohmann author of Truth, Love and Unity – A journey of spirit, was like a breath of fresh air. Although her topic, ‘Awakening Gratitude’ was something we are all aware of, it was spoken with such authenticity because she has used it daily to change her entire life. You know, even when you think the word ‘gratitude’ your shoulders go down, the muscles relax and a little smile flickers at the corner of your mouth. So if you are free this Sunday, we really recommend her workshop at Bay Road. (See advertisement below for more details).

Hullo to Nabiac, Forster, Tuncurry and Taree (and Tamworth too if they can make it). Have we got something special in the pipeline for you all. We are planning a God/Goddess afternoon which includes: writing down what you want to let go of, washing the hands ceremony, walking the Labyrinth (with candle), burning the piece of paper and more…… stayed tuned for date.

Neutral Bay Monday Nights
ALL WELCOME – ENJOY LOVE, LIGHT & LAUGHTER
Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to unite, send Light and Love to our family, those in need and especially ourselves.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession $10.

Dreamsounding with Daniel Coates
Dream Sounding is a fun and powerful workshop, that uses the power of the voice and musical instruments to take you on a relaxing journey and the same time clear and balance the chakras. One of Daniel’s main teachers was Alexander Massey.
How does Dreamsounding Work?
There is a specific tone that resonates or connects with each Chakra of the human energy field. By vocalising the tone of a specific chakra by singing or toning it, we connect with the Chakra. Once we connect with a chakra using the voice, one can experience many different things including:
* Altered states of consciousness
* Deep relaxation
* A feeling of peace or bliss
* a loss of the fear of interacting in a group situation and much more.
This is usually a 2 hour workshop but Daniel has assured us that he is able to condense it to suit the night and still give us a wonderful experience.
