Health tip
Healthy eating and drinking is an important part of looking after your health and reducing your risk of heart problems. Following these easy steps everyday will help you enjoy a healthy balanced diet; eat a variety of foods, include fruits & vegetables, wholegrains, nuts and seeds, choose healthier fats and oils, limit your sugar and salt intake, and drink water.
Try this delightful Walnut and Herb Crusted Fish
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
2 slices wholemeal sliced bread
finely grated rind of 1 lemon
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup of chopped mint
1/4 cup walnuts*
40g (2 tablespoons) butter
freshly ground black pepper and a little salt
4 x 150g white boneless fish fillets* or small whole bream
12 baby new potatoes
salad for serving
lemon wedges for serving (Serves 4)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 220°C. Place bread, lemon rind, parsley, walnuts and butter into a bowl into and mix well or a food processor and pulse until a crumbly mixture is formed.
2. Place fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper and season with pepper and a little salt. Press a quarter of the breadcrumb mixture onto each piece of fish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fish is cooked and crumbs are golden brown.
3. Serve with steamed baby potatoes dipped in mint with a teaspoon of melted butter, salad and lemon wedges

In and Around The Academy
from Rosemary Butterworth.
Last Monday Night, honouring what the Masters have requested we do, we all held the intent of Peace on Earth and a healing for Gaia. The music Anandarobert played was sweet and delightful.
We had longer time for meditation with John toning for the Chakras and Rosemary giving Angelic messages and that left the Guest Presenter with about 40 minutes. This was our service to ourselves and Mother Earth. Our motto is: If All Come to Give – Then All Receive.

Next week John will not only be playing his Gongs but also a lot of other exotic musical instruments which transcend you while Leigh Surland sings the Language of Light.

On the Open Day, May 21st (with special Guest, Narelle Green), we will definitely be walking the new Lavender Labyrinth at lunchtime, weather permitting. So do come along and try it. So far, people have had amazing experiences.

Monday nights are a wonderful, powerful opportunity for all of us to ASSIST IN MOTHER EARTH’S ASCENSION and ease the Earth Changes. Come and do service – for this is the time we came to help. On Monday Nights you can release all that you are carrying and return to a state of Peace.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession available.

Rosemary Butterworth’s next Universal Awareness/Communicating with your Higher Self course will commence on 11th May and going through to 29th June. Although the focus of this term will be opening the heart Rosemary has decided to teach how to BODY SCAN your body energetically. Because she has noticed that when a person is stressed and the heart is closed, the body is out of harmony and each organ is vibrating differently thinks it is separate and has the whole workload and this causes dis-ease. $200 for 8 weeks or $30 per night.
