Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some stay for awhile and leave footprints on our hearts. And we are never, ever the same.

Health tip
Take Time Out For You!!!
Perhaps you are old enough to remember a time when the shops and malls weren’t open on Sundays, neither were the picture shows actually there was very little open and people had time to rest; be with friends and family. There was time for you to heal from the week’s busy-ness and renew yourself.
Now things are different and so in this crazy sped-up world we need to find the time for ourselves. Time to meditate and go within, rest and recuperate.
This morning (Sunday).I took time out for me! I put on Master Choa Kok Sui’s Twin Heart Meditation for Peace in the Word and Yourself. It restored the balance in my body and when it finished I felt so peaceful and just glowed. (I hope the Earth did too). As it is nearly an hour long, I usually feel that I don’t have time but this morning I TOOK TIME OUT FOR ME. I really recommend it.

Thoughts to ponder upon
What does being ‘busy’ mean? We are only busy when we hold the time (past and future) with the action. This busy-ness take you out of awareness. The Body has the job to do – not you! Perhaps we keep busy as a way to distract ourselves from being Present.

EVERYTHING IS CHANGING AND ADAPTATION IS THE NAME OF THE GAME!
MORE CHANGES!
Our role and service has always been to keep you informed of the latest teachings, modalities and events in the Spiritual World. We supply a need in the community. We do this predominantly through our magazine ShiningBRIGHT.
On reviewing the current need, it seems that the information needs to be able to get to you quicker because – before you know it – it is out of date.
The review showed us that we need to use the web site and weekly email Newsletter more along with Facebook. In this way you won’t be waiting. Your events and workshops can still be advertised in the newsletter which goes out to hundreds and hundreds of people each week
So it is with a heavy heart that we have to inform you that our magazine, ShiningBRIGHT will not be published this quarter.
It is an on-going review.

Monday nights are a wonderful powerful opportunity for all of us to unwind, recharge, relax and rejuvenate. Come and feed your soul through restful meditation and be inspired by our gifted speakers.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession available.

WHAT A SURPRISE WE HAVE IN STORE FOR YOU ALL ON OPEN DAY.
We have wanted to be able to tell you more about Soul Colour and now we can. Narelle Green, founder of Soul Colour, will be our guest speaker at Open Day and she will be able to not only tell you about the intelligence of colour and how it can support you through the changes ahead but she will also tell you what your Soul’s colour is – what vibration you came in on and WHAT THAT MEANS TO YOU IN THIS LIFE.
A SECOND SURPRISE FOR YOU.
Now we have another surprise. Nicole Toohey, whose workshop the Academy hosted last weekend, just emailed us with the good news that she is coming to Open Day too. Amongst the many things Nicole does is singing the Language of Light which I found out at the workshop activates the colours in your body.
Colour is the Soul’s natural healer and medicine for the future; colour works beyond the reasoning mind, there is no mystery or miracle…… simply a shift in the balance of energy…….Narelle.
