Calling all energy workers.   We would like as many people as feel attracted to come along on this night to help souls that are ‘lost’ to cross over.

There is a pressing need at the moment to assist all those that have been killed in earthquakes, tsunamis, terrorists attacks and fighting to go to the Light.

ONE PARAGRAPH THAT EXPLAINS LIFE!!!

Arthur Ashe, the legendary Wimbledon player was dying of AIDS which he got due to infected blood he received during a heart surgery in 1983.

From world over, he received letters from his fans. One of which conveyed:
“Why does GOD have to select you for such a bad disease?”

To which Arthur Ashe replied:
“The world over – 50 million  children start playing tennis, 5 million learn to play tennis, 500,000 learn professional tennis, 50,000 come to the circuit, 5000 reach the grand slam, 50 reach Wimbledon, 4 to semi final and 2 to the finals. When I was holding the cup I never asked GOD ‘Why me?’
And today in pain I should not be asking GOD ‘Why me?’

Happiness keeps you sweet, trials keep you strong, sorrow keeps you human, failure keeps you humble and success keeps you glowing but only faith & attitude keeps you going.

Health Tip

ALCOHOL AND FOLATES

Women who drink alcohol and are low in folate (folic acid) have an increased risk of breast cancer, according to a report from the Iowa Women’s Health Study in the U.S.A.  The research found that when women deficient in folate drank more that half a glass of wine a day, their risk of breast cancer increased.  It’s believed the deficiency may affect DNA essential for a healthy immune system.  Cancer experts recommend women drink not more than one alcoholic drink per day and get at least 180 micrograms of folate in their diets from leafy greens, beans, liver, fortified cereals or supplements.

Folic acid has been found to help reduce levels of homocysteine (a sulphur-containing amino acid) in the blood, which is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease.

Neutral Bay Monday Nights

MEDITATION AND INSPIRATIONAL TALKS

Monday nights are a wonderful powerful opportunity for all of us to unwind, recharge, relax and rejuvenate. Come and feed your soul through restful meditation and be inspired by our gifted speakers.

The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession available.
