Health Tip
DRINK HOT SOUP OR WARM WATER AFTER A MEAL
RATHER THAN
DRINKING COLD WATER STRAIGHT AFTER MEALS
Drinking Cold water after a meal = Cancer! Can you believe this?
For those who like to drink cold the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed.
It will slow down the digestion. Once this ‘sludge’ reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. This will then line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer.
It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

Neutral Bay Monday Nights
MEDITATION AND INSPIRATIONAL TALKS
Monday nights are a wonderful powerful opportunity for all of us to unwind, recharge, relax and rejuvenate. Come and feed your soul through restful meditation and be inspired by our gifted speakers.
The Academy meets every Monday night (except public holidays) at St John’s Uniting Church Hall, cnr of Yeo Street and Barry Street, Neutral Bay. Enter off Barry Street. Session starts 7:30pm. Entry Fee: $15, concession available.

For those that missed Elaine Croker’s amazing workshop, there will be another Level 1 from 12th-13th June 2010, (Queen’s Birthday weekend) at Jacaranda Haven. Why not treat yourself to a weekend in the country as well as learning this amazing new work – PRIME TUNING OF CELLS. Elaine has been practising her work for over 19 years and has had many remarkable healings take place.
Elaine says: We are real little power machines. We create power every second of our lives. Our cells can do whatever we desire if we allow them to. All we have to do is to tell them. once we have made up our mind to do something, the cells find the data that will honour it for us. This data is selected from the subconscious in the genes. The cells reform it into an ability that appears as a natural gift. If we decide to run a mile, the body knows this and will prepare us for it. It will open the glands and secrete adrenaline, causing our five senses to be stimulated into action.
Our soul is grateful to our body. The soul chooses to preform and the body responds. Please don’t say – you don’t like yourself. If you are unhappy about a crooked nose, your mind will be handicapped every time you look into the mirror, every time you walk down the street, and it will even stand between you when someone tells you they love you as you are.
Gratitude has no judgements, it uses the best and is not hamstrung by negative attitudes. Gratitude never lets us down. It builds us up to share the best of ourselves. The smile it brings works our muscles. It makes us glow.

An amateur DVD was made at the last ‘Bathed in Sound’ in which the picture was not clear but the singing is beautiful!
